Something along the same topic I'd be interested in hearing about is how do you write a coaching resume with little to almost no experience of coaching. Like your first ever coaching job or trying to get to a different school with only 1 or 2 years of experience.

I was basically asked in my interview this week, "How you would beat the state championship team across town?" That team had a running clock in every playoff game but the championship which they won by 2 touchdowns and were up by 21 at the end of the 3rd quarter.

​@@jasonlewis2483 They are a wing-t team. I talked about minding our gap responsibilities and not falling asleep on defense. On offense, we need to sustain drives and hold onto the ball. We need to meet their effort and hustle.
The reality: we need to wait until this class of kids graduate. They do not beat themselves. They have two monsters at DT. One is basically unblockable. Oh. He runs so there is no "running away" from him. They have 3 skill guys who will play in college at some level.
They are the real deal. Our entire community is tired of losing to them.
