I’ve got two furry babies that love to annoy my plants. I got a royal palm and stuck it in a weird spot. I took them to the palm every time they got frisky with any of my plants, like redirecting them to their scratching posts. I’m on my third sad clearance palm. Congratulations!!!!
I learned to ride when I was 8. I was sat on a half blind retired barrel racer & my dad slapped her ass. Best way to learn! I became a barrel racer & loved training & showing my horses for many years 😊

Hoya love it fyi. Been watering all my plants with it since release (half strength just because winter) and the most obvious difference I've seen is my hoya, growth, leaves, flowering, new ones settling in better, everything
Congratulations on passing your test. I love driving it makes you feel so good and free from relying on other's, that said I refuse to drive in the snow ❄️ still after driving 20 years. I did it once had a scare and that was that lol 😆 xx
I had to get rid of my 100 gallon tank (about 394 liter) and I completely understand the expense, especially when treating the tank for fungus and such. I had the same, beautiful fish you named and in a tank so large, they get really huge, and it is heartbreaking when they get sick and die. I'm glad that wasn't your situation, and that you re-homed them. My two cats are far less expensive to own and less work...but my 18 week old Golden Retriever is another story...
I had a 120 gallon for a few years with a massive Koran Angelfish (public aquarium sized specimen, I got it mature) and they got stuck between rocks and passed two years ago. Last year I seen one just like it at an aquarium we took the kids to. I about cried.
I had a 150 gallon with fancy goldfish. Mainly telescoping butterflies. I did 30 gallon for first fish and 20 gallons for extra. So like 6 fish. No heater and 10 times filtration. Miss them but it was a chore if you needed to move it

I’m turning 21 in about a week. My goal is to start driving within a month after turning 21. I’ve always been afraid of driving. That’s why it’s taken so long. Nice to know others out there have had that struggle as well!
My wife was 20 when I taught her how to drive (not much teaching required, she has been a natural) and helped her get her license. She just never needed to drive prior, she was always able to work and everything without driving. You're not alone ☺️

I moved a 125ag 6ft glass by myself. But honestly, the 120G 4ft acryllic sucked more due to all the plumbing. It was a wild process.
Cant blame you for hiring a company. Breaking down and moving my 120G took 4 hours breakdown after an afternoon of prep. 2 hours transport. 2 hours unload day 1 to acclimate fish to a temp tank i had set up the prior week. The next day was 7 hours of setup before big ole "Blu" was back in his house lol

I feel you in this topic as well, I have had my drivers license for like 10 years or something but never owned a car (too expensive..) and car sharing is also not available here. So I totally get what it's like to not getting anywhere by yourself and how it feels. Happy for you that it now changed for you!!
I have a 125l aquarium. Had it 30 years. So many times I’ve wanted to get rid of it but I’m glad I kept it as it’s now a propagation tank. I would keep it if you have space. Perfect for bringing on small cuttings etc x
I used to solve those case files back in grade school! I’m sure they were a tad easier but they were still very challenging and a great way to spend a few hours with friends!

Fish keeping is so unexpectedly expensive of a hobby. I miss my big tank, but I no longer have the space for it. I still have a betta fish. I had my betta, Jelly, for just over 5 years. He passed last fall. I have a new one, Miller, who's my office buddy. I work from home, he's a very quiet coworker :)
Your pony's gorgeous, is he a Connemara? Yeah horses and traffic - eek. My pony as a kid bolted with me in front of trucks several times, truck would get right to where we were about to be toast and she'd leap sideways off the road into the grass and trees. Not good. I am in Australia so its pretty uncommon to have full care for horses here, mostly they're either on your own land or agisted in paddocks and you care for them yourself.
I have a TB more who I've had since she was 4, she's now a healthy thriving 34! I don't ride any more but have her and a big draughthorse mare just living their lives in my paddocks, keeping grass down and discouraging snakes. As you say horses are not 'wasted' if a human isn't riding them, they just want to chill out in a paddock with other horses mostly lol

You’re not the only one having a cold snap. The poor people on my plant forum. So many newbies accidentally freezing their new plants on the way home from the store 😢 And other people who can usually keep plants outdoors in the winter having unexpected cold snaps. I can’t relate to that one though. I can only keep plants outside July and August lol. Maaaaybe June to September if I’m super careful

You considered a low-tech tank instead of a high-tech one? They're a lot less maintenance and cost less, they're just a bit more tricky to set up.

Your previous horse was a Connemara, wasn't he? I'm wondering if new boi is a Highland. I rode one many years ago and he was fabulous; a lesson horse, he was smart and obliging but also liked to test--I swear he had a sense of humour. Long may you run together.

I need a better breakdown on Thai varieties and other Monstera types please!! I was sold a “Mint” but now I’m seeing Thai Constellation “Legacy” which looks very similar to mine!! It’s very creamy and does look minty depending on the variegation. But it’s more cream/mint than green! I love your videos!!

It would be a serious problem here if one would not want to drive in the snow. Here's snow and ice 4-5 months in a year. My problem with driving is tight spaces. I hate when I have to drive through a gate. I don't like full parking lots. Also, I don't like driving when it's dark🙄

Is there a back story about why you weren’t driving? Here in the US almost everyone is driving at 16 yrs old.
I’m glad that your feed smells nice lol. My current one (I live in the US and can’t get yours yet 🥲) has a decent earthy tea smell. I’ve had ones in the past the smell so offensive 😅 Fish-based ferts may sounds good on paper, but the smell is rank and makes the cats dig in the pots 😬
