how much time did you invest in the whole blender thing? Did you do this every day, every week or how were the intervals, especially in the beginning?
Well, in the beginning I did not really spend a lot of time on Blender. If I remember correctly, the x-wing vs. Turret video was the first one, where I spend a whole day on it. Which realistically was probably 6-8 hours. Otherwise I always did. Blender when I felt like it, which in the beginning was every few days.
Throughout my whole career, I never really did go overboard with how much time I did spend on Blender. Later I‘ve spend maybe around 8 hours a day on it, sometimes more, sometimes less. That was when I already knew I wanted to do this for a living. Comparing this to other people, that sacrifice sleep for it, I guess I was pretty chill about that. As long as I had fun.
But since I started with the age of 14, I had a lot of time in the beginning, where I did not have to worry about earning money with it.
