I have this yarn and have made this pattern. The yarn is so yummy, and the colours are so rich. I've ordered more yarn to make another. Some of the colours are sold out, though 😢

Yes! These types of blankets are still warm. Maybe not with the wind pelting you in the face, but for a cozy couch blanket then absolutely!
