Although I exercise regularly and also practice Yoga and Pilates, my breathing has more depth and I am much stronger. I am in a peaceful world practicing with Master Shi Heng Yi and following his guidance.
When your mind is in awe of the beauty of this performance, you smile and admire this mastery, and your knees screech " NO WAY, do not even THINK of doing this".
