This is just a very ordinary apartment: remove those Versace stuff - which can be bought easily at much cheaper prices without the attachment to this building- you end up with a plain space with hardly any character (the foyer for example with those ugly cheap twin doors). Besides there’s a railway immediately below, which means train noise especially on the lower floors! If I am to spend this money I’d rather get something from Chelsea or Marylebone, or Canary Wharf if I want something more modern!

Had a look....the problem with that new cluster is a lack of street level life and animation. I'm not sure if that can be repaired over time, it may be baked in. It provides a bland, unfriendly walking environment which is uncharacteristic for inner London. There are nice walkable areas nearby I would prefer to this part of nine elms.
Great video, but that winter garden steals too much space from the other rooms for it to be a good idea. Way overpriced as well. That’s a £1.5m apartment, surely?

A Dubai developer and Versace knock-up. It does not deliver the value of other properties you have presented. Many of the Versace products need to go straight into the bin 🗑️ An empty unit would be more appealing - at a lower price. So tacky it should say TRUMP TOWER out front. As others have said, you presented it well all the same.
Surprisingly, this place isnt as absurbly expensive as one may think, I pay 3000£ a month for a studio at DAMAC with access to all the other amenities such as the free gym, pool and spa. where in the rest of London you pay 1500£ per month for a pretty average studio outside of central london with many less amenities.
