I don’t live in London and not planning to either but purely out of curiosity, I started to watch your videos and I must say it’s been entertaining to find out what mega rich Londoners pay for their homes.
most of them are not Londoners, most are mega rich foreigners, Arabs, Russian oligarchs etc lol but i also don't live in London but still love watching Toby's videos to see how the other half live
You need a chef, because by the time you've got all the way up to the penthouse, your chips are cold and obviously it's beneath your dignity to bung them in the oven yourself.
What a rip off. You should have a pool, sauna, movie theater, gym etc for that sort of money. It's just bedrooms, large communal areas and don't forget the large shower heads.
@@rollericarus I'd need all the above, instead of none of the above, for anything like that sort of money. Saw a 10 million and it even had a cold bath jaccuzi type thing and shed loads of grounds. lake etc. It's just a glorified 3-5 bedroom flat.
@@sandydennylives1392 ok, but as I said, real estate is more than just the amenities, there are so many factors that could go into it such as demand, location, how the housing market is doing locally, and many more. Something like this will probably just be bought as an investment for someone and will probably never be lived in. Most of the largest and most expensive properties on the planet are almost never set foot in. Sad, but true
They needed to have WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY more attention to the views... because THAT is the most unique and beautiful part of that build opportunity... The city and country side should have and could have been an integrated part of the layout... there are things called a one way window. Privacy could have still been paramount! Rip off!
Hi Toby, great presentation…. Wonderful apartment, is this apartment staged OR does the price tag include furniture? Plus would be good to know who provided the furniture if possible ….. Question, a while back you presented a sensational apartment behind the London Eye with views of it at a price tag of £17M ….. I would prefer that apartment to this considering the views but of course could not afford any of them ? Which one would you prefer ? Cheers 👍
Hey Conner! this apartment is staged by A.London! and the price excludes the furniture. I am with you on this; I prefer the Belvedere Gardens Penthouse at Southbank Place. The view of the London Eye is special and hard to beat.
@@kingcrimson5303 not sure weather you are right there ? I first saw that apartment listed by another company, I think a Chinese women first presented it, I remember her saying the price include £1M of furniture and a 999 year lease, plus yearly payments were based on Square footage around £35 or £55 thousand per year, no mention on a fixed yearly payment to the developers? When those who can afford these prices I doubt they be worried over £50K per year ?
@@conner.9262 you’re committing to paying the developer £54 mil across the 999 years you own the property. You don’t get any better service paying £50k per year than the guy who owns the 1 bedroom and pays £5k per year. I do agree whoever buys this apartment probably won’t think much of 50k per year but it also affects reselling the apartment to another buyer. In my opinion it would be better to buy a £2 mil luxury apartment and then buy a freehold townhouse for £15 mil.
Enjoyed the video but I'm so confused after reading the comments. If the apartment is staged and does not include the furniture etc. why is it relevant in the tour that you like the artwork or that the bed looks comfortable?
They call apartments penthouse when their not even on the top floor these days. a penthouse is a single "house like" apartment built on top the roof set back for the rest of the building. These are just big too floor apartments.
Biggest problem with all modern London apartments is the finished ceiling height is way too low, standard around 2.4-2.5 meters, that’s truly pathetic, developers have to bear in mind spaces are 3 dimensional rather than 2 D, in NYC on the other hand it’s never the case.
well done Toby! i'm a particular lover of your description of the kitchen "flush" ;) really involving the viewer! leaps and bounds, you crack on! i don't know whether you chedk my previous comment on your video for the 14.5 mansion but if you have'nt please check it just a few things to touch up on:)
The first balcony looks like they took a closet and put a window in it. Very claustrophobic. Too bad they could not afford a decent piano. The doors are very industrial/commercial looking. The smaller bedrooms could be in a nice Hilton Hotel. By carving the space for the bathroom right out of the bedroom space makes it look very commercial. Lots of nice things but I think that 12 million should get you something better.
Parking? You never mention it in your videos so are we to assume that all the properties your presentations come with none?! I can understand that being the case for some, but some of the larger properties in your presentations really should make a parking provision. This actually quite an important point...we all know the horrendous cost of parking in the capital, and the restrictions. A penthouse apartment like this should come with one or even two parking slots, assuming there is basement parking. It's a major selling point but we are left wondering because you never say.
I live 400 yrds away from this place. There have been 5 murders within a few hundred yards of this building in the last 2 years alone. They make it look like it's in a lovely area, it's a dump.
Amazing pad but whats up with the blue wallpaper in the study? looks like gaps from poor application. for a place thats that price they need to sort that out.
Great presentation, Toby! too bad that these kind of apartments will only be an investment for rich oligarchs and sheikhs and nobody will ever live in there for longer than 1 week maybe.
Hello Toby, is it possible to merge both flats on the 29th floor to make them one penthouse of the whole 9,417 sq ft once you purchase The Regents and The Hanover all together, even when so will it be possible to redesign the new area. Thank you!

Loving the secret door in the dining room! You have such a great eye for all the detail, always highlighting this, fantastic!
Astonishing view of the layer of smog over the city as the sun sets. Beautiful.

Pretty easy when Enes Yilmazer set the template 😂
Love the owners bedroom and en-suite.
Liking the dark T to match the suit. Very stylish. This look oozes an air of wealth and sophistication.
Glad you enjoy it! Appreciate your comment
What a city, love London with my heart ❤

You probably share a shoebox in Walthamstow with 3 mates
apart from the super chairs that seem to always seat 12, :) , best one i have ever seen on youtube. keep it up.

nice tour & a beautiful house :)
