I have seen this around for the last year or so, and really love the design of this place. Just don’t know why it isn’t selling - such a gorgeous place.
@@TobyCorban I'm aware of that and I enjoy city living😅. It's just that the neighbours' windows are too close to this property. It's a great apartment otherwise though, one of the best.
Hey Bro loving your channel. I’m trying to do the same thing out here in Mexico originally from London as well. Definitely getting some ideas and inspiration from your channel ❤
One of the better spaces for sure. Dislike, far too many windows overlooking the main bedroom. 8 people over for a dinner party, then all up to the terrace, where you take it in turns to go outside. Still plenty of room in the main bedroom to install a smoking area 😅
Gosh! I didn’t know that! (ref Buic). A very palatial abode indeed ✅ but it’s far too overlooked by neighbouring windows. Zero privacy on that balcony.
A blessed good day sir Tony, Wowwww 😍 what a beautiful 😍 Loft Apartment I love it❤ my dream To live There in London, and To have beautiful 😍 apartment like that thank u so much for your wonderful walk around tour video Godbless from the Philippines 🇵🇭 sir Marvin,😍❤️👏👏🙏👏👏👏🙂😍
Hmmm no off-street parking or garden (it appears) also no rooftop terrace or indoor pool. Surely there has to be some level of justification other than purely location that justifies this price 8.5m maybe but 14m no way!
Amazing space, but I would love to see some lived-in spaces... this is just like a (not very impressive) furniture store, or a page from Kinfolk zzzzzzz - But I guess even if you could afford it style and taste isn't guaranteed....
The space is amazing and so as the decor, but once you walk in, the eye catching post from floor to ceiling is ugliest as hell, that makes me feel like Im in the basement, why cant they visually hide it with a custom cabinet or a more decorative column?
Just 350 square meters (around 3500 sqf) for... 14 million pounds? Gotta be insane. It is simply NOT worth it. Not even at half the price. In Rome, Madrid or Barcelona you would pay around 2-3 milions for a 350-450 square meters. It's absurd
@@eyeofthetiger6002 Not really. Belgravia (1), Knightsbridge (2), Mayfair (3) and Chelsea (4) are sought-after by many super-rich around the world, and most are not American. There may be a few more Americans in Chelsea but those aren't usually billionaires (tech or otherwise).
All that financial outlay...we are talking £xx millions...however, there is only one small balcony with a tiny metal table and a couple of hard metal chairs...this space is just about big enough to swing a cat in!...and is overlooked by other balconies where people no doubt pop outside to smoke a cigarette, whilst looking down on you...No, extended outdoor sofa to relax in?...and did I miss the tour of the sumptuous acres of gardens with manicured lawns and hedges, that you would expect for a house costing multiple millions of Pounds?
It’s nice in fact really nice, but surely not 14 million nice and u got bare bare neighbours too haha defo not 14 lol I would maybe stretching I would give a 1 M lol
Unfortunate you are so upset about the bathroom tiles. I love them! Reminds me of these tiles in Mykonos, Greece I saw once on holiday :) Thanks for tuning in Busyboy I know you’re a busy guy 😉
@@TobyCorban Toby hi. Didn't mean to sound so harsh! I tile high end bathrooms in London and have an eye for these things. I think in the case of this bathroom it's more the designer than the tiler, the tiling layout just doesn't look right. Over the years I've met and spoke to many 'designers', and often they complicate things that aren't complicated. The way the tiles are staggered in this bathroom looks terrible, I'm not a troll, I just see these things. On many occasions I have said no to a drawing because I know it will look wrong and they should take my advice. Sometimes that works, most of the time it doesn't as they know best! Oh well. Cheers mate. All the best.
I think if you’re going to present high end property it might help to know what you’re talking about. None of the surfaces you described as marble were marble (they were man made quartz/terrazzo type materials). Miele is pronounced ‘meel-uh’ not ‘meelay’, it’s German not French. Ceiling heights aren’t usually described as ‘x m long’ because it’s confusing. Telling us we can see a glass coffee table or ‘ornament’ or ‘art piece’ is stupid. And for goodness sake find a better word to describe things that calling everything ‘nice’. A great apartment and you look a million dollars, but your presentation skills need some serious work.
Turning the sound proofing into a decorative feature is genuis. Beautiful homes! Lovely.
Please keep the tours coming Toby, I really enjoy them 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hey Toby, Wow, I love this place. Great presentation, I got goosebumps. It's so cosy and tasteful. Mayfair looks hard to beat.
If I had a pound for everytime I heard Toby say "what a space" I could buy this place. 😂😂
What a space it is! 😁Thanks for watching ;)

I love the lay-out of this one , another great tour from Toby and the team!
This place....this place ! Just a top quality spot in London. Love it !
It really is!
Cool apartment, the main bedroom is a bit overlooked, but that's central London for you.
Yes 100% of major cities are overlooked 😅

Loved it. Love the airiness and space. Didn't look like it was thrown together by a developer looking to maximise profit.
First time i liked the layout and the design. Super airy and good value for the price :)
Not claustrophobic, and so light and airy, very nice, wish I had that kind of money.
Love the abundance of outside space
London definitely winning on the interior design!
This is a beautiful property, great tour
Any chance you could display a floor plan on each video?
Another great tour! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is beautiful ,Its got beautiful unique pieces..
I pray Ill be able to afford something like this very soon

Need to have a much bigger tv in lounge
I think you should get a percentage of the sale price brother, your presentation goes a long way towards the sale
This is so beautiful, but the price. Why don't they ask for maybe 5 million pounds? 14 Million is just crazy!!
Because it's in Mayfair. London's most sought-after districts: 1 Belgravia, 2 Knightsbridge, 3 Mayfair, 4 Chelsea.
I like this one and I think it is value for money considering.

Очень стильно и красиво
Please make some modern mansoin central London😊
£14 million for a loft. Thanks, I needed a good laugh.
Well done!
Considering the exterior of the building, I would have expected a little character somewhere... Not just a bland white box. Floor is nice I suppose.
Is this apartment located on the ground floor?
So, no guest bathroom then, or did I miss something?
Is this flat brand new? Also is it still available?😊
Link to the bedding source please!
Where would you park your cars?

😍😍😍😍😍😍
Please make vedio some big home london
Your neighbors can see into the master bedroom and Terrace... not for 14 million pounds 😅
Where is this house I would like to understand more about it maris Iyekoretin
Share of freehold or leasehold?
Virtual Freehold! 999 years!

14 million for a 3 bedroom property!
£14 million and the second bedroom was postage stamp size and NO built in robes ???
I like some house like this, Maris Iyekoretin
They might be asking for 14 million pounds but they won't get it as far as I'm concerned 😂

Is it just me or do the televisions look way to little in these multi million pound cribs
Why on earth are They showing me that??
14 million for a small balcony
No garden space for £14m
This property doesn't feel like worth 14 mil. Hyped pricing imo.
I don't like anything that looks like a shopping center inside .
Bland same old decor
It’s amusing that I live in a cheap studio in romania and i get more privacy than what some sucker might spend 14,000,000 pounds on 😂
14milll for just 3bed😭😭😭
Good thing property isn’t priced on opinion right?! 😉

Well spotted Bjorn! Thanks for watching!
Showers all need a seat, and handbars. Ladies must shave and manicure, and a soapy floor can be dangerous for anyone.

This property pops up on you tube every couple of years, no one seems to be interested. I wonder why ...
The tiling in the bathroom looks ATROCIOUS. Was the tiler drunk, it looks really really bad.

The furniture looks cheap
The decorations look cheap
Spend a couple million on the decor. Come on . Looks cheep
Twelve million and you show with cheap furniture .
