4 Ingredients Coconut Cookies | Quick and Easy Recipe

These delicious coconut cookies are soft and chewy inside and crunchy outside. It’s really quick and easy to make. You’ll be addicted and can’t stop eating!
Ingredients:
4 (150g) egg whites
100g apple puree
130g icing sugar
about 300g desiccated coconut
Dust with some icing sugar (optional).
Bake in the oven 165C/330F for about 20 - 30 min (depends on the size).

I have sweetened coconut flakes and unsweetened coconut flakes. Will either or those work?

Hi, you can use both but I'd recommend to use unsweetened.
