Marines Forced into the LDES!!!

¶ 8201.1.b(4): Marine recruits will not be processed through the IDES and instead are directed to be processed through the Legacy Disability Evaluation System (LDES). Recruits must be enrolled in the Veterans Administration Benefits Delivery at Discharge/Quick Start Programs prior to separation/retirement for physical disability.

I made my wife accompany me during legal briefs with a civilian lawyer from North Carolina who was explaining to WTU how the physicians were using wordsmithing to prevent the soldiers from holding the Army responsible. If you didn’t have PTSD before you got there you were going to get it just from arguing with double standards from the command.
