I lived in Paris for years and years, and I never in my wildest dreams imagined that there could be houses like this in the city. I'm genuinely speechless.
For those wondering why this property has multiple basement levels, it's mainly because of the historic preservation and height restrictions that prevent the owners from being allowed to add more floors above. Oftentimes in these historical townhouses, they don't allow the owners to alter the exterior at all.
@@andrewdishman335 they dig on the sidewalk or what little yard space there is. It happens in London too. Historic looking townhouse but it's 3 floors of mansion underneath with sports courts & pools etc.
This is a very interesting blend of 1800s meets modern architecture. The pool area is unbelievable. My favorite room is the formal sitting area off of the entry. The gold fixtures in the kitchen were unexpected. I could do without the nightclub.
After all the years I’ve spent watching the channel, I still never get bored of it! Always blows me away with your work, thanks for giving us consistent quality content!
Yes you are right nobody feels bored.. watching this channel and all credit goes to Enes & Mikey... love the way how Enes explains and host the tour... (As a new Subscriber i watch Enes's channel for whole night)
The level of detail and thought is breathtaking. I think this is my favorite that i have seen thus far. The only downside is the amount of stairs (although the stairs are as beautiful and detailed as the rest of the house.) I'm not too keen on elevators, so I would mostly be taking the stairs but that can get a little rough the older you get. I'd be fine now but it is not a home you could retire in.
This mansion is by far one of, if not THE most beautiful and well designed houses I have ever seen. I especially like the indoor herb garden in the kitchen, the plant façade on the wall, and the exposed beams in the guest bedroom. Even the exterior is stunningly beautiful. Too bad I can only give this video 1 thumbs up!
Il faut remercier les architectes qui ont créé cet immbeule incroyable ! Des traces de l'architecture française se trouvent partout et la délicatesse des objets me fait penser au temps qu'ils ont passé pour faire tout en haute qualité !
I love all the international content you are doing. It's awesome to see mega-mansions in different cultures and their respective architectures. I hope you guys get to see maybe some Asian or Middle Eastern mega mansions sometime!
I mean the houses are great but the video quality, editing, music... this really settles my mind after a hard day or hard week. It's just so relaxing to watch. Can't thank you enough Enes!
But how? How can you enjoy this knowing that there are filthy rich people who can afford this, when in that same country hundreds of thousands of people live in squalid appartments and need to go to the food banks? Shouldn't this make you mad? I'm baffled by these comments, Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful house and no offence to you, but the thought of enjoying this when it blatantly highlights the enormous socio-economic differences in our society is just alien to me. It just makes me think that there is a very low amount of class conscience in our society and the culture the rich people created is becomming the new status-quo, without anyone wondering it this is the right way of distributing wealth.
@@gdtuncdra I don't like being mad, that's the only reason I guess. You could get mad for so many reasons in this world but should you? I don't think so. You can try and change what you think is not right, but getting mad doesn't change anything. In this particular case I think they could also film nature or old temples / ancient ruins. It is the way they present it that makes me feel good, not particularly what they present.
@@khirun5021 You're right and i respect your opinion, also the camerawork is beautiful and presentation is soothing. I mean you could be mad about anything, like wearing textile made from child labour in Bangladesh. But i guess there just is something about blatantly showing these riches to people that can't afford it, and it being acceptable that makes me angry about the increasingly normalising effect our culture has. I do think that being angry can be a good thing, if just enough people are.. its one of the historical drives behind changes in social conditions
Absolutely spectacular property! The glass panels on the floors, though not unusual, in this case just adds an amazing touch to the house. Job well done to the architect!
This is an incredible mix of modern, classy and baroque. And i can't believe the amount of rooms there is when compared to seeing it from the exterior.
@Mayank Saini The One actually sold for $126 mill at public auction a few days ago to the owner of Fashion Nova. In other words, Nile Niami got and his financiers got absolutely destroyed. I hope it serves as a lesson to these irresponsible gigamansion spec developers in Beverly Hills. So much greed and wastefulness without any foresight.

Enes, you and your team have completely changed the game, not only for the high quality houses but for the quality of the work itself. flawless shooting, editing, and tour, and also you seem to be very polite and humble, I wish you much success and hope to see you soon touring a house here in Brazil.
@@kaydenpat not sure anymore. The bot is gone, probably replaced by some other bot. UA-cam tries to clam down on them, but they pop up so fast. You always have to be careful nowadays, if it's a person you talk to or a bot.
Apart from the fake bookcases, this is probably one of the most beautiful townhouses I've ever seen. Actually love a Kitchen where everything is close to hand - pretty much my dream kitchen.
I love the how they kept the homes original feel and traditional touches, but modernized it for living. I hate it when old homes are redone and their character is ripped away, they did a great job balancing the new and old with this one! Thank you for the tour!
a lot of european countries do that. same in the Netherlands. even though we do build a lot of modern looking stuff and big modern "window everywhere" apartment buildings in cities like Rotterdam, a lot of the time we go back to that red brick and mortar look. it's lovely
Easily one of the greatest homes I have ever seen. The charm, the design, the quality, the attention to detail, the amount of room and how it’s all spaced out. AND on top of it, it’s in PARIS? I mean…I’m dead. Thanks for a superb, beautifully shot and explained tour of this masterpiece. What a lucky family to have the means, taste, and creativity to live here. May they appreciate and love it the way so many of us clearly do. So special. ❤️
This house is just WOW. I had to take a moment to just appreciate the incredible engineering it took to build all of this underground. Just amazing. At first I thought $95 million is a lot for a house but just for the time and engineering it must have taken to build this it is definitely worth it. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to see this incredible home Enes, I had no idea homes like this existed. Incredible work as usual from you and your team.
it's definitely a LOT for a house. but at the same time you live in Paris, in a 1200m2 home, with a 4 story basement and a lot of older french architectural detail
This house is stunning and unbelievable. Kudos to the architectural and designer team- the builder, who made sure that the house keeps it's element but with a modern touch. All the hardwork of the people who made this house a home shows in the video. Love the houses you're trying to feature in your channel and how you show all the intricate details. God bless you Enes and team.
Absolutely the best real estate content on youtube! Your production value is top notch, the shots are beautiful and thoroughly show the space, the editing is smooth and well paced, and Enes is amazing at pointing out all the details and intricacies while being down to earth and relatable. He is comfortable in the spaces yet always had a little bit of giddiness gleaming through that comes from being truly passionate about the homes and showing them to the world. Every video feels like it's perfectly balanced and made for all kinds of people to watch, not just expensive homes being marketed to rich people. Thank you for all of the hard work that goes into creating these videos!
Knowing a little bit the high end real estate in the area I can guarantee you no French and probably no European will buy this. This has obviously been built for Middle East or American buyers. Not because money, it’s about taste - no judgement there, it’s just how it is.
@@charlycharly8151 : you're right. And considering how much taxes we have to pay here in France, there is probably less than 500 French citizens who can afford such a house (on a population of 67 millions French inhabitants, around 6700 -or 0,01%-earn more than 700.000 euros per year -and usually half this amount vanishes into taxes- which is still not enough at all to afford a 80 millions house). To put it simple: French people earning enough money to afford to pay such a price have left this country long ago).
That swimming pool wall is incredible. Homes which were built in a limited space, forcing the designers to be inventive and work within limits are generally far more interesting than the massive megamansions on huge plots of land. Especially if a lot of their volume is hidden.
@@alainportant6412 you mean that jealous people who cannot afford them had to find something to say to denigrate? 😂😂😂 How can a house be homosexual?! I rather live in a real house with a real garden than in a soulless cave like this one in the video! With no space for real books and tacky Louis 14 style… And the jealous nincompoops can call me anything they want! 😂😂😂
@@danielculpepper9258 it's actually Louis 15 style, and yes, building massive megamansions on huge plots of land is homosexual, as for example , owning several cats, listening to Queen and cocking socks.
Am just speechless! The beauty! The exquisite craftsmanship! The structural courage of digging 60 meters in the center of Paris to create additional floors! The pool and spa areas with the gold leaf and cobalt blue mosaic tiling! The vaulted ceilings and use of existing beams! The list of exceptionalism in architecture and interior design goes on and on! Simply beyond amazing!
That seems to be a common thing in London and Paris because the space to expand outward isn't there, but there are plenty of people with millions of dollars to spend on their home. So they expand downward leaving the exterior of the home looking much the same while giving them more living space and some unusual additions. Not sure how many new buyers would want or use the disco. The movie theater was fine, if a bit small. The pool is a good addition that I suspect many owners would like.
I think he said 16 meters below ground that would be 52.49 feet giving you approximately 13.5 feet per floor, if it was 60 meters below ground is 198.65 feet that would be 49.625 feet per floor given that there are 4 underground levels one of those levels we didn’t get to see much of other than the landing and the door to the upper level of the night club where the dj booth is but according to the specs in cogemads website there is also dancing areas on the upper section of the nightclub. We didn’t get to see anything to do with the 4th sub level which I imagine would hold a lot of the equipment for the house because the home also has a security room, a pbx room and I’m sure there must be another catering kitchen in the sub basement if you are going to have the house full of party goers, there’s no way a chef could prepare an entire buffet in that little kitchen so I’m sure there are things we didn’t get to see. One real drawback on this property is that it is in a densely packed culdesac in Paris with narrow alleys entering into a circular courtyard where everyone has their cars parked there’s another building directly behind the house with only a sliver of backyard and there’s no alley behind the house to park in, there’s no underground parking so you would have to fight for a parking place outside and carry all your groceries up a flight of stairs and all through the house to get to the kitchen which has no back door.
Wow, this house is so tastefully decorated it is gorgeous. I loved the kitchen island unit and the indoor herb garden, and the secret door, just everything.
Wow wow wow. I'm obsessed with period real estate, it's why I love The Parisian Agency. They really hooked you up with this one. What a gem - I do wish they were a bit more style consistent with the home, now some of the classic finishes come off more kitchy than they should.
This house is a dream. So beautiful craftmanship, must have been a blast working on this house. As a construction worker i really appreciate to see the attention to detail in the work in this place.
This is the house from the Netflix show "The Parisian Agency" 😍 Saw this particular episode this past weekend and fell in love with it, can't believe I'm gonna get an Enes' tour of it now, beyond excited to watch this one :D
Not house related but the editing and the video quality is AMAZING. It just gave some sparkling that makes my view about the house much more amazing. And I love how the house were a mix of modern and old designs. I'm glad I found this channel

Watched this on the French show, where the realtors are being given the chance to sell this home. It's really beautiful. Love this tour, there are details that weren't shown on the other show, thank you for the details. Amazing place for the rich! (from Sandi)
I am speechless. How gorgeous this place is . The blending of the old and new is Flawless. Like only the French can do. Every square centimeter screams Paris. Bravo to the team and Kudos to you Dale great job. More More More or should I say ENCORE. Love from Canada
Although I am personally more a fan of minimalist designs, there's no doubt the thought that put into the details of this house is incredible. I love how the designed blend the strong Parisian character of the house with modern additions. One truly stunning house. The only down side of this lovely mansion is the lack of some garden space. I understand this is in the central of Paris but for nearly 100 million, one would think there should be a little bit more green space?
You cannot beat French and Italians for style and function. The House is classical French, with no expense spared. So many truly luxurious features which makes the classic Hollywood hills houses look cheap.
We french have long history ,culture, you know middle age ,castles...everything in USA looks fake,no taste, just spending tons of $$$ in huge estate with no soul ,just the need to always be bigger and bigger than the neighbourg
As a Frenchman who loves homes, I can tell you that there's nothing French about this decoration... fortunately... it's a horrible mix of flashy, tasteless ideas and cultural nonsense (or emptiness).
This is different from any of those properties in US because the architect of this house really made use of very meter of the house. The details and interiors are all placed perfectly in right places. Some place in the house look small but it feel comfy and warm, unlike those in US market ...cold and "where the heart ?" feeling. I'm Parisian, I live very close to this place, but it's always a pleasure to discover new places thanks to you ! (My apologies if my English is not very good😉)
Although I don't really love all the gold and marble, as someone who leaves here, I find this house embodies exactly what I love about Paris, which is its mix of old and new, that kitchen is a masterpiece, and I love how every level is coherent
This amazing home is more a luxury resort than a house. Enes, I was awed by how you were able to navigate all its details so skillfully without getting lost! Kudos!
As a retired Architect I’d like to point out that this home is in a class of its own. I’ve designed and built homes that are by all accounts “high end” but I just HAVE TO SAY THIS: This home is in a class that is reserved for the likes of The Biltmore estate or the homes in Newport Beach R I. The quality of the masonry, tile and woodwork is the difference between say a loaded Cadillac vs. a Rolls Royce. Both are considered top shelf but if you are in the know you can see clearly the superior work put into a Rolls. This house is like that! It’s amazing and so gracefully put together that it’s hard to imagine it as just another mansion. This is truly a work of art and I give my professional and personal opinion based on years of building expensive homes. I used to think my homes were outstanding but now I know better after viewing this remarkable home. Thanks a lot guy who built it🤣 Outstanding content ✌️🇺🇸
The most intriguing trophy property in Paris on the market today. An over the top, eclectic fusion of endless rooms; more like some insane boutique hotel in Paris that it is a home. The modern part of the mansion is truly jaw dropping while the main entertainment rooms on the ground floor and the master bedroom are formal, very ornate and yes even gaudy but surprisingly it works and is just as impressive. Absolutely stunning kitchen, pool/hammam/gym, den and discotheque! An extremely hard sell though at $ 95 M.
@@alainportant6412 I was responding to your French pseudonym. Basically my response was " Life is a bitch". I don't know of how many townhouses or converted boutique hotels in Paris, London or New York you know of that have a large parcel of land or a view unless if it is a view of a park or of an upscale boulevard. With your criteria you might want to search on UA-cam for Parisian chateaux' or properties on the French Riviera.
@@JustMe-hf3wt Actually, the "Hôtel Boucher d'Orsay" , built in 1644 & located on the isle Saint Louis, is currently for sale on Sothebys real estate for $20M. Nice Seine views and a small rooftop. This is one of the last townhouses still fully owned in this very, very small area. (26k per sqm).
There was a penthouse on sale, which had direct views on the Elysee steps, where the president speaks or whatever. (50k per sqm, it doesn't go any higher in Paris) Those are the type of parisian properties I'd be looking to buy. Now, this 1300 sqm house is currently marketed at $95M, which is $76,860 per sqm. This is ridiculous. it doesn't make any sense and it pisses me off, I am physically sick about it
Love the channel guys. As an Architect myself, I would really like a virtual floor plan to see how you move through the properties though. It would make quite a difference I think.
This is undoubtedly one of the best developed properties I have ever watched on UA-cam. Not even a Beverly Hills property can compare. Nothing compares to Cogemad craftmanship and interior design talent.
No words can I find to describe this house. Paris is extremely expensive, but so wonderful. In France there are so stunning castles, "manoirs", palaces, .... everywhere you go. Thanks so much.
Stunning house, the architecture, the character, its a perfect combination of old, of new and custom-made. One of a kind exquisite. Salute to the architect, contractor, developer and designer. Nice job Enes foe featuring such masterpiece!
Don't often say this with the price point of properties in this bracket, but this home is worth every penny. And that formal dining room? absolutely speechless! Gonna need another glass of port after this fantastic tour
When first seeing the outside of them home I thought "90 million, no frkn way!". But after seeing the beautiful details and craftsmanship of this home... If I could afford this (in my wildest dreams) I would NEVER have to leave my house. True elegance. 🙌

When this video first dropped, I did not appreciate it near enough. Design wise it wasn't what I was accustomed to seeing, but now a year later it's remarkable. Amazing tour!
Absolutely amazing, too much to comment, so just one thing I noticed: I like how most of the rooms had the same acrylic/glass speakers. They are not small, but they almost visually disappear. And so they fit everywhere very well. That would be an excellent audio solution for many historical houses.
I've watched a lot of highly expensive house tours and sometimes you just can't understand the aesthetics to the price tag, that being said this building is just incredible.

One word: Majestic.
It's times like this you realize size isn't the end-all-be-all. This home is 100x more extravagant and enchanting than The One.
@Mayank Saini The One actually sold for $126 mill at public auction a few days ago to the owner of Fashion Nova. In other words, Nile Niami got and his financiers got absolutely destroyed. Simply beyond amazing!

16m not 60 :) or you ll hit the subway lines :p
I'm pretty sure he said SIXTEEN metres, not SIXTY metres.

This amazing home is more a luxury resort than a house. Enes, I was awed by how you were able to navigate all its details so skillfully without getting lost! Kudos!
As a retired Architect I’d like to point out that this home is in a class of its own. I’ve designed and built homes that are by all accounts “high end” but I just HAVE TO SAY THIS:
This home is in a class that is reserved for the likes of The Biltmore estate or the homes in Newport Beach R I.
Thanks a lot guy who built it🤣

Out of all the houses I've seen on this channel, I like this the most. It actually looks livable. Too many of these mansions are just furniture with no TVs or entertainment. This one has tvs in multiple rooms, a pool, billiards, theater, etc.
This is actually such a mind blowing house ! I'm stunned by the Artistic look of this house. I can say that this house has become my new favourite !
it's a good one!
Enes congrats with that 2 million!!!
thanks bud! appreciate it!
Hi Enes, as a French guy, I am very proud to see how you show some of our nicest houses. Since the beginning of the Covid period you allow us to discover stunning houses all over the world. Thank you for doing such a good job with your team. Always looking forward for new episodes almost every weeks 🙏
thank you for your support! appreciate it!
@@EnesYilmazer My pleasure Enes. I’m a big fan 👍🏼
I love how you show the places in the evening. This was breathtaking.
I never understand why every room needs a tv, especially the bedrooms. The tv behind the fake bookshelves was hilarious, I guess literature is dead
Literature fits in a reader nowadays.
Ya the fake bookshelf is kinda tacky imo.
Merci pour ce commentaire intelligent, cela manquait.
To be honest, that would be something i would change. Make a reading room with real books out of it.
It is all round horrid.
This home is jaw dropping. I love the privacy. I would probably never leave if I lived here 😍
This is absolutely a Stunning home and amazing tour ! There are so many favorite areas and stunning features in this home. One of my favorites is the Kitchen with indoor herb garden. The gorgeous lap pool with that intricate tile work - I can't imagine how long that art took to create. So many beautiful areas. A very large mansion but yet very warm and cozy. Thank you Enes for another great tour - Magnifique !
Our pleasure! glad you liked the property!
ENES…YOU MAKE THIS CHANNEL GREAT!! There are so many other channels that do stuff like this but don’t have your great personality! I applaud you.
Tebrikler Enes! Gururlandırıyorsun bizleri. Çalışma disiplini ve istikrar, kaliteli içerikle buluşunca başarı kaçınılmaz oluyor. 3 milyon olduğunda tekrar görüşürüz :)
What an incredible opportunity to showcase such an amazing property in Paris, you guys really are living the dream! Thank you for sharing
happy to hear that! glad you like the tour!
By far my favourite viewing on your channel! 😍
Please do more in the Southern parts of America, England, France, Italy, Holland and Scandinavian countries. It's as close as I can get to the world from little old New Zealand. Just love the old colonial, Victorian and Renaissance style mansions around the world ❤
thank you so much! stay tuned! :)
Southern parts of America lol 😂 how about all of America honey bunches of oats 💙
