This video was a huge waste of money. It does absolutely nothing to showcase this house. You can’t tell how rooms are connected. This fast zoom and then stop to pan a room doesn’t show anything of importance, How the room relates to others. How the rooms are used. Why is there 5 living rooms on the main floor? If I were the seller of this house I would be seriously questioning my realtors ability to market this property effectively. What a waste of marketing money.
I agree it is cold and sterile . I personally believe that the Exterior should always reflect the interior. It is not the case. The exterior is timeless and the interior is awful , certain part of it can be intergrated with a timeless design.
@@PlatinumHustle It would have been better as a 20-minute video. At least then we could have seen the house longer, and in better detail and been able to actually admire it, rather than seeing brief, way too fast clips and jerky movements. And this isn't just sped up, it's clipped and edited in a way that makes it harder for some people to enjoy or focus on. It's literally dizzying in certain parts. And this part at 1:11 is particularly irritating.
The interior is planned so perfect each room opens up while revealing an exciting next room elegance everywhere. Even the pool is luxurious. everything you can need on one property.✅
Dear, 70% of the people buying in this area are foreigners buying it not to live in. It’s true. Russians, Gulf States, Indians, Chinese. These places can take years to actually sell.
The color of the house exterior horribly,it need a fresh coat of paint, the interior is beautiful, love the lights fixtures, the bedrooms/ bathrooms awesome.
@ This house is vacant. Do you really think anyone who could afford this house would leave their precious furnishings to the mercy of strangers attending under the guise of interested buyers? No way! Notice the absence of art of the walls? Notice the same chair being repeated in multiple rooms? Notice the toilet bowl cleaner inadvertently left beside the toilet at 4.30? No housekeeper for the wealthy owner of this house would make such a faux pas, but a professional service hired by the sales agent - or agent, him/herself - would. Far from there being a lot of furniture in this house, many of the rooms are almost barren. Staging is a huge business, and stagers have warehouses full of stuff. The only thing that might make me think this is the seller’s furniture is how tasteless it is. If you’ve been watching these videos of luxe Toronto properties as long as I have, you’ll know that wealth and tastelessness go together far too often.
@@ZachS-s7f Oh, and those dining room chairs with the rings on the back are a dead giveaway. Every stager has them, and every stage house includes them.
Yes my bet is Gulf States or possibly a Russian. There’s one house in this hood owned by a Russian but he’s into a more Russian look. 70% of the builders/ buyers are foreign and these places can take years to sell.
What a warm, comfy, and inviting, home. NOT! Sure, I could buy it tomorrow. But where would I park my jet? I'll stick with my 1 bedroom condo. (I can't park my jet there either. But at least I don't need a staff, the size of an army)
This house may be large, but it feels somewhat, ...boring? The video production didn't help either, as the home, as is, struggles to sell itself. Nevertheless, someone will grab it in a few years. It just doesn't give off that house-envy vibe.
It is overwhelming large but, I love this estate. The interior design is absolutely mind-boggling. My only concern was that I did not see enough of the front exterior.
It's mostly a nice house but not really a home. The main foyer at about 4:42 looks too impersonal, blank, and industrial or commercial. Looks more like a wedding party rental space; no family would spend time here. Adding "too much luxury" (the diamond chandeliers, light fixtures, marble floors, cold glass stairway under steel railings, cold-tinted halo lights, so much silver appliance and furniture, for instance) changes the context of who the building exists to serve: a group of visitors seeking a sterile roomy environment, a corporate office suite, a bachelor, or a family? Not enough warm colors, carpentry, no frames or authentic fireplaces, no wood (oak, mahogany, cedar, redwood), no stone in its natural form, zero greenery or water fountains, etc. I'd say adding a regal red or burgundy carpet right along the middle of the stairway and extending to the door might help, but that's not even possible due to it clashing with the industrial look of the metal-glass surrounding the stairs. The soccer table --- no one is using that; that spot is too random and the lighting messes with the mood. Also, why is a soccer table in the foyer? There are 90-degree surfaces everywhere in this already-steel-and-stone-hard house, which does tell me the designer was aiming for it to not be a family home but more of a house for a single's house.
The exterior has so much character, the interior looks a bit tacky and soulless... but that seems to be the modern trend for a while now, so I'm probably in the minority thinking that...
Did i see a Jack and Jill bathroom in such a huge space? Hey in this kind of house, you dont even share half baths. Add more bathrooms to the bedrooms.
As warm as an iceberg.
🤣

It looks chaotic. Why not a 30 minute video with real humans talking and explaining the layout?
@essielewis1070 I agree. A full walk through would be much nicer.
No worries. You could never afford it. You do get that don’t you? It’s not a can of cola. There is no “buy it now” button for this. 😅😊
@tgreenland you do realize that rich people use youtube too, right? Pretty wild to assume somebody else's net worth 🤷♂️
Put your video speed setting on .5 or lower, turn the crap music off and it works just fine.
"YES"...this is not a house it is a self- contained city! LOVE
I prefer beautiful hardwood floors than the cold marble. It seems more like a new hotel than a home. No warmth or feeling.
I couldn't imagine living in such a cold place. Imagine spending all that money to live in that!

Its ok , ill take it .
I know. I'd be constantly searching for my family in there! Big houses can be warm and beautiful but that is not it.
Nice plot❤❤
The word "tasteless" comes to mind. Each to their own.
For real!!
The way this is filmed and edited is super annoying and hard to follow.
Made me dizzy, to be honest
Lmfaooo 😂 they sped up the video, because the house is so big. Would’ve been a 20 minute video without the quick editing
A few seconds in I walked away. Waste of money and time and a assault on my ears 😮
@@jeaniebean1996 In total agreement, a hatchet job. Just out curiosity, who resides there?

Beautiful video 📸✨🌹🌿🏛️💫💫💫✨💎
The outside is nice.. the inside needs an interior decorator 😂
OMG yes
Looks like a Russian drug lord mansion 😂
100% Yes. The worst decor ever! Sad to see such a nice building being ruined with terrible decor.
Perfect observation.
Wow!! This is such a luxury mansion! Love the video, full of vibrant and showcases the best features of this big monster.
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@katytorabibrokerofrecord Just wondering what's the asking price please?

Give 5 millions and you will bless my son.
My dearest son, David, nothing fails like prayers.
Best wishes

Maybe you should go out, work really hard, and earn the money to buy a house like this, instead of expecting God to drop it at your feet.
0.75x speed and 1080p will solve the problem 😊
Where do I put my car collection?
4:40 The "crown jewel" of Toronto has a bathroom tinier than my own.
Now, that's humbling, especially as someone in a midtown condo.
Super house
Beautiful exterior. Interior is definitely for someone who likes to entertain.
Who designed this home?
you would think they would have cleaned up some of the dirt on the outside before shooting the video, they didn't even sweep it off the entryway.
maravilhosa tudo qur eu precisava para morar ❤
The editing is nauseating. It needs be slower...
The decore is confusing. Is ut modern, traditional?
Maybe its a remix😅
Definitely not traditional 😂
I think a very rich Russian or Middle Easterner dreamt this up. Way too much bling.
where's the garage ?
OMG OMG WOW FABULOUS ELEGANT 👌, I WANT IT NOW 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤
Beautiful. You would need to pack a lunch just to show it. It's huge!
Such a cool mansion, really spectacular.
Nice hardwood flooring would be much Warner . The stairs rails make it look so cold. I would turn that house I to a timeless beauty.
The interior architecture is stunning but the choice of furniture is not always terrible,
Wow. Too much for me. I can't begin to imagine living in a place like this.
위압감 느껴지네요 소박하게 살고 있는 사람들이 더 좋겠네요
The floors better be heated its CANADA
The main floor would be perfect for RollerSkaters.
I'd tear out the tennis court and make it a formal garden.
Looks like a commercial building. Can't imagine that being a home.
Speechless 😢❤
The interior is planned so perfect each room opens up while revealing an exciting next room elegance everywhere. Even the pool is luxurious. everything you can need on one property.✅
Except too much space. You’d have to hire so many people to keep the house and yard running you’d never have any privacy.
The key to this property would be to have 35 wives for they could do the upkeep on the property and you can sit back and relax like a king 🤴 😁
A house of that size and opulence on a tiny urban lot. Kinda silly, don't you think?
True, that's always the down fall for a lot of places! Small lots, like Etobicoke.
It’s hardly a time lot it’s just that the house is huge.
🎉🎉🎉 THE PRICE PLEASE 🎉🎉🎉
The only room that is small is the closet. I don't know why anyone would want a house this huge. kind of looks like Rick Ross's house
The high gloss “glam” interior is already dated
I would like to see a place that doesn't have two of everything
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Why?
How many acres, and how much? Are foreigners allowed to purchase?
Dear, 70% of the people buying in this area are foreigners buying it not to live in. It’s true. Russians, Gulf States, Indians, Chinese. These places can take years to actually sell.
I like the exterior and all the extra curricular rooms. Some of the rooms did seem cold and the camera was transition too fast. Slow it down 😊
Thanks for the tips!
I can't see the listing online? Is it not listed yet?
Likely an exclusive listing not mls. Check the brokers website directly.
Are you a multimillionaire? 😂
Why does one need all that space.
If I could afford that I would need all that space for my children and grandchildren
Why not?

Tacky money doesn’t buy you taste. Does not feel warm and homey. Should have hired a decorator. Whoever filmed it did a horrible job. Music is awful.
I think the music is trying to attract Gulf States/ Russian buyers.
NICE🎉

Oof what I’d do if i had an unlimited budget to decorate this behemoth. I hate how it’s done on the inside. It could be way more cohesive and chic.
Why is a bowling alley considered a luxury
Bcz not everyone that can afford that in their home, so to have that in your home is considered a luxury.
Bruh bowling is fun. Especially when drunk 😂
When I imported my vehicle from USA to Canada, Why did I have to pay a luxury tax on the AC in my Windstar, which was built in Windsor, ON Canada ?
Because not everyone has it, or can afford it.

Money can’t buy style. Apparently even the designer is clueless
Whoever "decorated" this place is from the middle east. But that style doesn't work here nor in a house with that exterior facade.
