George last was a brilliant year for you but did you get your peak wrong. What did you learn and in retrospect are you doing anything different this year to make sure you go to Paris?
@hugoberry6974 as a 15y old I would not run too much. You still have a lot of time to make progress in the future, but running around 40k - 60k a week seems reasonable. I would advise you to find a good coach who can help you with this. The most important thing is to have a great training plan (made for the type of runner you are) so you can progress (f.e. as an 800m runner, I do weeks between 60-90, but there are runners who do less or more) Most importantly, find someone who can guide you and don't worry too much about the mileage yet. Doing too much could have bad consequences.
tom and george casually race walking 4:20 to do an easy run
Great Video guys! However, I could never run with one of these playlists 🤨
Nice Video!
The absence of your videos and gorgeous vlogs can be tremendously felt. Could you please upload them as frequent as you can🎉❤
We’ll aim for one video per week!

Hi guys, really great video as always, my question is how to get to the OAC, are there any performance limits?

Just wasn’t good enough on the day. Only way to improve is by doing more training
How long before a race do you guys change the „X element” from hills to a race specific session?
POV: Henrik Ingebrigtsen‘s burner account trying to lure OAC Europe into telling him their secrets
how do you guys run all that mileage in 13 sessions of running? What does it look like.
what the videos in the future and you’ll see

How much mileage should a 15 year old boy do to be injury free but at a national level?
Depends on a lot of things. Your racing distance, the type of athlete you are...
@@Louis.800 I do mostly 1500m to 5000m
