Road to Paris: A standard day in Dullstroom

- We decided to show you a bit of what our days in Dullstroom look like outside of training, not much goes on but we’re pretty boring so we don’t need much entertainment. There’s also the special addition of the much requested @1sebi pizza recipe and Tom apologises for butchering the infamous telmer fade.
Greatest running content of all time. Would love to train and love with people as dedicated as you guys once i am at a higher level.

As an Italian, I weep for your sins against humanity and condemn you for using pineapple.
I don't know if worst to run a steeplechase indoor or pineapple on pizza . So for the 2024 I will train so hard that I will be sponsored by ON running , transfer to OAC Europe for training and to make a decent pizza to the 5k guys .

I am pretty sure you’ve already think about it and done it, but Tom could you reduce the load and stress in your aquiles by doing a biomechanic study and getting Some sort of foot insoles? I say it because I used to supinate a lot and have a high arc in my feet soles and that stressed my achiles, after foot insoles now I dont have to wear anything and I dont supinate as I did anymore.
