Do you pop your dough in the freezer for 10-15 minutes first to get it a little firmer to be able to do such scoring? Beautiful work

Hi 👋, I do that only in case the design is complex and will take some time to complete. Usually I skip freezer step

For how long you bake the bread? Are you using Dutch oven?

I am using steam oven. If you will use Dutch oven, bake it for 25 minutes inside the Dutch oven and add ice cube for more steam. The remove the cover and bake for another 25 minutes
