This band has a lore, its vocalist called Vessel says he received a visit of an ancient deity called Sleep and promised him success if he sangs spreading the Deity message. All their songs are dedicated to litteraly congregate this old god and also give a perspective of what vessel's feelings about this.

Sleep token is literally sexy metal, like how else can you describe it.
If you do Sleep Token-The love you want, it actually shows Vessel. It's also an extremely beautiful video. The numbers in the corners of the video along with with other new video's are coordinates on a map. The sleep token hole goes pretty deep with lore.
What are the coordinates for do we know yet?

Im a huge fan of this band...These guys hit extremely hard...A Prog/Heavy Metal mix really defines their genre and vocally he hits every note...The drummer (II) is probably one of the best drummers Ive ever heard and is so technically sound its mind-blowing how someone can be that good...Check out Drumeo's video of II for this song where he breaks down his drumming technique and solo he does live during the synth part of the song...OUTSTANDING!!

You should listen to Slaughter to Prevail - Demolisher! Common Slaughter to Prevail song to choose, but you could see why he’s known! Well, not VERY well known, but a lot of people know of him! Within the Deathcore genre, his vocals are very beastly and demonic! Some of the other Deathcore vocals are crazy and demonic too, but Alex’s vocals, specifically lows are insane!

Great video! Sleep Token is probably my favorite band right now. If you liked them, I recommend checking out the songs "Aqua Regia" and "Chokehold", they match the vibe of "The Summoning" ending.
Racheal I love your reactions, I've watched all of them thus far. Sleep Token is just one of those abnds that feel's so original even though they do sound a lot like Tool to a certain degree but all of their songs are still fantastic.

Huge Tool fan here. Sleep Token is the first band since Tool I can listen to every single song on repeat and not get tired of it. Certainly there are worse things than being compared to Tool.

I agree. Love Katatonia to death but... Jonas really only has one vibe. There was one specific moment in my life, right around the time of Dead End Kings, that the music spoke to me perfectly.
However... I feel like every album since has been a progressively more milquetoast version of the same thing, with an odd standout track here and there, but overall just.... the same, but not quite as good.

If you're looking for some great conceptual music to listen to. Coheed and Cambria litterally have 11 albums now full of music...ranging from prog to pop rock and many more fusions. Suggestions would be the Willing Well suite I - IV on the Good Apollo album volume 1 will blow every bit of your mind.

The dude in the middle is what it's called a Sleep Token, it's like a figurine you have close to your bed to guard you while you sleep. It's also their style of videos, each one features a different figure in the middle, with light from the back and things happening around and with it. It's super cool how they direct their videos. Hope they keep paying VFX guys and don't move to AI.
