@@ciwanechris1428 Hi there! No, Houston does not have winters. The coldest it gets in the winter is the high 40’s and that is rare. It doesn’t snow either. Our winters are very mild.

Texas claims to be a low tax, inexpensive place to live. But the property taxes are a killer.
First time visitor! After I got over the dizzying motion of the cam, thought there would be closer and slower look at the kitchen. At $750k, wasn’t able to see what appliance brands were included. Will there be additional building behind the first home? Does Bridgeland offer custom or semi - custom builders? I will seek out your other vids re Bridgeland. Thank you so much!

Went to Bridgeland for the first time yesterday but it was to look for apartments. I’m coming from the heights. I work remote w/ a stay at home wife who’s pregnant, a 2 yr old toddler and 2 doggos. Would you say Bridgeland would be a nice spot to nestle at? Even if it’s apartment living giving our life circumstance. We want a place that is family friendly, plenty of activities available and great education for when we enroll our son likely in public in school, which I know gets a bad wrap these days.
