@@MurtuzaHussain-x9j Grand Central Park is an amazing masterplanned community! The developer, Johnson Development, is an amazing developer. You can’t go wrong there! Great school district, prime location being only 5 miles from The Woodlands, and amazing amenities. Make sure you use an agent, even if you are building. The sales agents at the model homes work for the builders. You want to make sure you have an agent representing you, negotiating for you, and looking out for your best interest. Hi there! If you are moving to the Houston area, I would suggest Cypress or Katy. They are top suburbs of Houston with great school districts and sports.

I use to live in Atlanta from 2004 to 2008. I like Houston way more than Atlanta. Let me know when you decide to make that move!

@@nicoleellisonrealtor I completely forgot that Stone Gate had their own separate sections off of Fry Road. That used to be considered the furthest Western part of Cypress. If anyone had told me that Marvida, Dunham Pointe, or Bridgeland would expand/develop beyond that 10-15 years ago, I would not have believed them.

I’ve lived Houston for 15 years and my home has never flooded. If you live in a flood zone, you will know it and you will have a higher chance of flooding. However, if you don’t live in a flood zone, the chances of your property flooding is very low.
