Great job, you basically exposed officers who have risen to a new level of tyranny. Cause according to them it’s now OK to be in the building to change your gender, but not to exercise your first amendment freedom of press. Nice job officers = FAIL
No half measures, fully stand on your rights, don't leave the public areas where you are legally allowed to be. These cops bullied you and forced you outside with no legal reason to do so and you let them. They are not going to learn untill their intimidation and bullying stops working.

NJ Attorney here. I notice that a lot of times even after you’re proven right the cops decide to stick around and babysit you, or stand in front of the camera, claiming that it’s their “right”. I’d argue that those actions themselves are first and fourth amendment violations. By restricting your right to freely move around and narrate your video, and by stepping in front of the camera when you’re trying to report on something else they’re violating your rights as much as if they kick you out of the building. Without even getting into the harassment/intimidation under the veil of “safety” issue…

They don't even know why they are opposed to it, they just always have been. I encourage everyone to let their friends and relatives know what's going on. Not only is it for the publics best interest to keep government in our control, not the other way around, but you might just save them some embarrassment.
Ignorance of the document is intentional. It should be drilled into your head at a young age, but they would rather teach our youth about LGBTQ.
You need to be aware of all law but when you aware of law they think you should be lawyer otherwise you can't be aware of laws.

It's so funny how they kept changing the story. First it was "we can only have a certain number of people in here at a time", and that evaporated when you asked if they were over that limit, then it became "you have to have an appointment", then that evaporated when we discover that there are services for which you do NOT need an appointment (and I'm 100% certain that when you go to MAKE an appointment, you have to choose what service you want, and "record video" isn't one of the options), and then finally they landed on what their real issue is -- they don't want you to record.

This guy is a government plant. He’s been planted to play nice and make friends with cops which made all the easily manipulated viewers which now have discredited all the actual auditors that actually attempt to make change… instead we now have a guy that’s nice and listens when they tell him to leave so he can’t even sue or do anything about it… he’s had his rights violated repeatedly but has no way to sue and make change because he just listens and leaves. Threats of arrest cannot be sued over and that’s the only way change will come is through lawsuits…. Good thing he doesn’t curse though and plays nice we get videos to watch regularly instead of actual changes that fix the issue

She walked right out and told you she was wrong and that you could come in and record. She opened the door for you and wished you a nice day while she walked away and left you alone to do your thing. Also her manner of straight away giving him directives about transactions was egotistical, he knew the law better than her so why is she giving him directives. It's how the police cope when they are wrong too, they just have to give unnecessary directives ("don't block entrances sir").

They almost always never have the good grace to admit they were wrong and apologise. Even when they know you're not breaking any laws, they still resent you filming. That's the most worrying part. They would still like to stop you even when they know you're doing no wrong

That aggressive cop sure needs some training on the first amendment and on de-escalation techniques! His attitude was absolutely diabolical. No need! Sean remained calmed and explained he wasn't breaking the law by simply filming in public! They wouldn't listen and eventually had to be told by someone from above to leave Sean to record unhindered! The 11th amendment took away the courts criminal prosecutorial authority. They have no authority over a living Man, only the corporation person. "Person" defined by government as a trust an estate. IRS says "person" is a trust an estate. So when or where does the Constitution say "person" it says " We The People" They are robbing us blind but thankfully there's also People out here figuring out the language because it's All in the language.

Every public government building needs to have a copy of the "Bill of Rights." Why are all the people that get paid by public think they are better than everyone else. Certify them on the constitution and law when they infringe on the constitution or law, and they will lose their qualified immunity. This is getting ridiculous that they don't know what they took an oath to.
