I love that you are maintaining your preferences, with the pieces you find and try on, even after you are at home. You know what you want and don’t compromise; very good for your budget and the accumulation in your closet! I just recently discovered I am pregnant with my third child! It has been five years since I’ve been pregnant and my body has changed shape with working out, And I have not saved any maternity clothing because we did not expect to have another one. So I’m starting from scratch with both maternity and baby items! We are doing things very differently this time, but I definitely do not want to buy maternity clothing as much as possible, with the exception of pants. I will also be working This time around so many things are different. I’m already trying to downsize my closet and put things away that already don’t fit me or are pieces I just can’t fit in my closet but would like to keep. It’s been quite a journey, but you have definitely inspired me to be modest about my shopping for pieces to wear through maternity, since the unexpected can happen, such as your hips, growing quite a bit wider than with previous pregnancies. Thank you for taking us with you and sharing!

All of the dresses at Plato's fit you so beautifully! Love basically everything you got, tshirts look great, jeans look great and the extra room will be useful later when you're a lot bigger! I'd skip on the tunic as it won't last you very long through pregnancy and the shorts if you really hate them but they look great on you and useful. I'm proud of you for getting the green dress, it's the perfect color on you and quite literally the most perfect silhouette of a dress to flatter any body in and out of pregnancy. What a find! I know you like to thrift but target and old navy has those loose linen-type drawstring pants you're looking for, worth checking out!

Oh man, it is so nice you have a thrift store available like that. I struggled a lot to find maternity at thrift stores, which is why I went to an online thrift store instead. I really like the one green dress you bought. It is something I'd wear completely. My only maternity jeans I've been wearing are now getting too tight in the pelvic area (especially when I drive), so maybe the pair you got, you'll grow into as you get bigger? Maybe not though. You deserve to be comfortable the whole way through.
I am not one who likes shorts in general. I'm a skirt, dress, and jeans person.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue Tunic. The colour and cut is amazing on you! Keep it! even if you wear it after having baby, it's gorgeous.
Aside from bike shorts the only shorts I found nice to wear pregnant in summer are short overalls. They are comfortable and grow with the bump!
My favorite shorts while pregnant were Old Navy linen shorts and Gap Tencel shorts. I just wore them below my belly and they were much more comfortable that any of the maternity shorts I tried.

Girl, you have a nice figure, the kind of pregnancy figure that most wish they had. I think more of the form fitting tops look better on you. The loose clothes aren't my favorite. I love love love modesty and you can still have that with more of the form fitting tops. I also am a very beige kind of person. I do not like any bright colors, I will choose earth tones every time. ❤
On my last pregnancy and really trying to just use what I have. But your thrift video is making me think I can get a few more things if I need to and not spend a lot. Thank you!

The dress is the favorite. If you can convince yourself to keep, I would recommend the sleeveless white shirt. It is complimentary to the belly! It brings the attention from the belly to your face and shoulders…I think. I hope it is okay that I shared that 😅

Oh, Delilah, you look gorgeous in that green dress! The black one looked pretty on you, too! The top & pants looked good too, but not much room for expansion! Yeah, I remember it was hard to find things when I was pregnant, too! I was tall & not real big, I carried in more in my back! But not too many tall pants back in the 70's, like now is a lot more. I made some of my maternity clothes, which did help. Anyway, you look awesome in all the outfits! Thanks for sharing! ☺️ ❤🫂🌷

I love the green dress
We got a king single floor bed that we can later put the legs up. Our toddler co sleeps with us too but she loves jumping into her bed for her first stretch of sleep and was excited to sleep in it when we first got it for her! Nice to have room to lay with them when helping them get to sleep

I hope you kept the green dress, it looks very good on you! When you were showing the pattern up close, I was like is that shein, and it is! lol I have a different style dress with that pattern but yellow. It's a comfortable material for the summer.

That green dress is so lovely on you. I shop the same way in charity shop here in Scotland. I can quickly scan the rail to be able to pick out what I'm looking for.
In Canada, Once Upon a Child, depending on the size of the store, sells second-hand maternity clothes. I also noticed old navy has online returned maternity cloths in their clearance section. My local salvation army also has a small maternity section. It drives me crazy that most maternity clothes are only online, I prefer to try things on first.
If you are in the U.S. I believe Savers is the same as Value Village.
No to the shorts. You’ll feel like a stuffy with all that belly fabric in the summer heat. The t-shirt and jeans were the best combo plus the dress. Have you tried Old Navy dresses? I understand your frustration. It was hard ending my pregnancy in July with maybe three items that still fit because I refused to buy more so late in the game.

While the green dress is beautiful, I'd suggest against Shein as they use a lot of harmful chemicals that can't be washed out. But if you love it then go for it! I loved the white t-shirt on you. I wish I could find more neutral pieces where I live.
