I think if that would have happened..if they had just taken more time with it(Psycho Circus)….and let Peter and Ace play on the record….fully….contribute more to the songwriting process….it would have mattered. Fans knew right away it wasn’t Ace and Peter on that record. That hurt the whole reunion vibe. It would have shown Peter and Ace that it WAS a band again. Yes! This mix was awesome. The drums, I may be wrong, we’re not triggered here…which lent itself to the band sounding even more….live. I love this performance even more because I was there. They were on fire.
it is triggered for the most part if you look closely in the drums on his sides but his snares are triggered but his tom drums arent and some i cant look clearly due the camera angles

They sounded rejunevated and fantastic in 96/97, after that tour it was downhill. Now the band (not even considering that its now Gene, Paul, Thomy, Eric) sound like a tired, professional oldies act

So I didn't see Kiss, we went for AIC. After AIC was finished? Literally +150 16-24yr olds left b4 Kiss took stage. To this day? One funniest things I've ever seen. (Best part? The Kansas City Star wrote an article about youngsters leaving b4 Kiss took stage. The nxt day in local paper.)
Irony? That was Layne Staley's last performance with Alice in Chains. I never even put 1+2 together, that I was at Layne Staley's last show with AIC till he died in Apr02.
Well, they were great this night, but I mean in 75-77 when they took the world 🌎 by storm, watch and U-tube any old school Kiss and watch Catman drumming and solos and Ace on the guitar 🎸, and Paul and Gene as well!!! Google any live Black Diamond and it is absolutely 💯 percent fantastic!!! I truly wish they would have done Black Diamond that night 🌙!!! Thanks 👍
