I miss this woman dearly she is my Godmother I am her namesake "Pi'ilani". My son did comment a year ago. My father Lloyd Grace played music with her way before I was born. He is the drummer on this album and her 2nd album. I have all their original albums. But I miss her and my Father dearly. My Father passed in 1999 and Loyal performed this song at his funeral. I learned alot of my singing abilities from just listening to this lovely woman RIP my mama and my Daddy!!!

I remember watching and listening to Auntie Loyal performing this at the Prep Bowl between Saint Louis and Radford. It was so silent and tearful in the stands, even at that young age, many of my friends and I knew the significance of the song.

It hits home cuz my dad was leagally blind,, we have RP a genetic eye disorder that causes you tunnel vision and deteriation of your sight. when we think of him I know he can see without any complications. This is a cover of a country song. Loyal's is by far the loveliest and most emotional rendition and always makes me cry. I'm crying as I type this.
