    Great video. I wish Spark cared about how they treat drivers. I had to do a driver's license scan and it couldn't read it. The app says after you try it a few times you will be deactivated. I called support and reported the issue. They kept giving me the runaround for 2 months. I finally decided it didn't matter if I got deactivated because I couldn't use the app to work anyway. The scan finally went though. My friend also had issues with the drivers license part. They really need to make sure these new measures don't have glitches. I hope you keep appealing and get back on.

    It will take a class action lawsuit to force them to conform to the TOS. Remember they are a multi billion dollar corporation. They simply dont care. I was deactivated for no reason last year. They never give you a reason. The best thing to do is simply not even try to appeal it. It will take suing them to force them to change there BS.

    When you sign terms of agreement is saying you have to go through arbitrary process if deactivated. But if Walmart breaking terms of agreement themselves you be able to take them to small claims court in your state and sue them for breaking that agreement to the highest amount possible

    Same thing happened to me just this week! I requested arbitration
    Still waiting....I had a lady tell me that she can see that I was deactivated by a computer not a human. Said she's never seen that before. Also told me that thousands of people across the country had the same thing recently

    I got deactivated for doing a facial recognition while on vacation in Mexico City Mexico. The app notified me while i wasn't sparted on, obviously. I heard of people getting deactivated for not doing it within 24 hours. You have to appeal, and they will send you an sms saying our deactivation stands at this time. Hers when you can get your account,ask for pre arbitration telephonic dispute resolution conference request in the subject line. They have 30 day if i member for them to contact you or they breach their own contract. Hopefully, this helps someone. Love the channel, by the way.

      I asked for the conference and they responded immediately. Told me someone would call me in 30-45 days. I was deactivated for identifying myself and they said I committed fraud.

    I was able to get reactivated after I unwittingly opened the application on vacation in Greece. I filed for formal arbitration and was reactivated a couple weeks later. I think that by opening the app out of the country, it thought that I was trying to hack it based on my IP address being from Turkey at the time.

    I got deactivated in February. When I called the person I spoke with told me that in that same month thousands of people had their accounts deactivated.

    Currently in the same situation, and I was a driver for 4 years. My bf signed up, was deactivated before even using. We appealed, and again, he was deactivated via a driver license verification. These app systems continue to get away with wrongful deactivation, no support, and minimal pay not equivalent to minium wage. It seems this will soon become a class action. We need to pool together to fix these third party bot systems. It's ruined my life.

    So it's Walmart you won't get a response because the legal reasons you entered a contract that states they can terminate thier agreement any time ..yes it's absolutely a class action lawsuit worthy fight if some lawyers takes the case

    Everytime u login, it asks you to verify. Even if the account owner verifies pic, and someone else log in again into a different phone, it will ask again

      Yes it will ask you to log in and take a pic again. You will have to have the owner log in and then you take the phone from him or her and be on your way

      @kh600891 - not every time you log in. I've seen this from a person that's not able to work in the states. and they rent an account weekly. It works

    Okay I don't understand why everyday workers don't understand this, you have to put a percentage of your income in savings for an emergency. Anything like being sick and having to leave work accidents happening and can't work. You have to put at least 6 months bill money to the side so that you will have something if your job suddenly crashes. You're not supposed to leave it up to the employer to provide and support you. They how are you and have given you an income, now it's on you to learn to save and budget your money. And yes anybody can save 2 to 5 to 7 to $10 it's fast food money.

      @@Scoobdoob24 Damn man I'm sorry to hear. I did a lot of reading between Wednesday and last night and came across some people saying that you really have to hammer them with emails. I got a few email addresses that I send & copy them all to, I have done that for the past 2 days and will send them the same email every day.
      I actually spoke to customer service today and demanded that I spoke to a supervisor because I wanted to know the reason why I got banned. I knew it was the facial ID but I wanted them to say it. The supervisor was actually pretty chill and he seemed competent. He was saying that they have a bunch of their engineers trying to solve the issue and that this has happened to 40k+ drivers. He said that since I filed the appeal, that's really it. He was saying that the people who weren't doing anything bad (like me and you) will be reactivated after appeal, but you kind of have to take it with a grain of salt. I will still be emailing them every single day. Sebastian, the supervisor I spoke to said that it shouldn't take the 7-10 days that they say it should. Again, grain of salt. Sorry for typing a lot if you actually read that, but I wanted to try to help you out.
