Honestly, thank you dude. I’m sure we all felt that spark go away as life got harder and in essence we got harder👀. I’ve felt so jaded lately, and haven’t experience the joy and spark of being present until recently. It took a while to get there, and even then it didn’t stick. Funny enough it just ends up being taking care of yourself in these ways that brings it back. Anyways, keep up the good work brother, it truly shows how much work you put into this by your authenticity and confidence
it comforts me knowing that I can die at any time, I keep thinking that life is too long and that I will have to keep suffering for another 60 years but the reality is that it can end at any time so I may as well just make the most of it
