The best way to improve yourself is to actaully just go out and try new things. Learn from mistakes, and experiences; there are things that are just learn from your own experiences. Because in the end you are you, and they are them.

this is what many don't get about self-improvement; it is not about just habit tracking(sure it is a great start) but down the road it is about finding yourself, your true purpose in life and the closest you'll get to it to begin with is envisioning what you want to become and experiment with your life, try new stuff and above all enjoy what you'd previously see as a loss as a lesson.
