No Matter how much ever we make them occupied they never get tired and they will always be Ready to Play with you no matter even if they are tired.
Absolutely. I take my beagle to the dog park every day. She runs after the ball I throw and other dogs. When we get home, she immediately brings me a toy to play with her!! Oh Sadie.....
I have three beagles and I can confirm that this video is solid advice!
1) I walk my dogs daily for at least 40 minutes but for us, I use it for a way to get their sniffs out. We do stop a lot, but I’m patient.
2) on top of a walk I am fortunate to have a long path in our garden, so that’s where they get their zoomies out.
3) I’ve experimented with different types of chews, but the best ones for my heavy chewers are full/ split antlers, coffee wood bones and the brand nylabone. They prefer the newest chew, the antlers.
4) rotate their toys and as above, their chews.
5) give each dog a special toy or if you’ve only for a single dog, only being out a certain object as a reward or limited play item; they love it and don’t get bored! Shiloh loves the flirt/ tease pole. Tobi likes a specific ball (rubber with hexagonal markings) and the youngest at 7 months likes a good barked covered stick!
My beagle mix doesn’t leave my sight. She follows me everywhere. We’d just end up hiding together with nobody coming to look for us lol

My 5 months old Beagle girl becomes a lazy cat when she's at home most of the time. I could leave her to work for hours and find my house as clean as i left her, besides a pee on her potty pad ofc. I only walked her for 1-2 hours, twice a day and playing fetch or tug war only maybe 30 mins after every meals, also giving her a chewing bone at night - then she'll become a snorring pillow 🥲
My beagle loves to play games and he is the best shylock I have ever seen...
We have a coon hound and he hates bubbles and won't chase anything but he lovesssss walks and chew treats. Hound dogs are the best.
Although our beagle Ace loves to sleep throught the day and wakes up when he needs to pee orr is his meal time..
But beside that when he stay awake orr in evenings...
We had played almost all of these games with him..
Except the bubble one...
And yes it keeps him busy in his own world and also with us in some games..
And along with these 2 more bonus tips..
1-We also ask him for searching his toys orr ball.. And it is also very interesting when he searches it in house and get it to us..
2- we use to place some trat in small empty cold drink bottles and then he tries to get it from it...
That also works as a chew for him but during this we also takes care that he didn't cut it into pieces and chew any plastic pieces or swell any plastic...

My Beagle used to take her treats and hide them around the house. After her passing we were finding treats in odd places.
That is sad, sweet and heartwarming all at once. She was so lucky to have a companion to play and look after her!

Here I am in Melbourne Australia looking at Beagle Care videos after having had to put down our 11 year old Tommy a few weeks ago. He did have problems like cruciate ligament ruptures and epilepsy, and the usual beagle separation anxiety whenever we left him at home, but each and every day was a good one for him until the sudden end.
Beagles are beautiful and rewarding dogs. Our kids gave it to us at Christmas after they all left home when we were in our early 60s. Tommy helped me train for a 20 day Himalayan trek a few years ago. I miss him greatly and we are still doing it hard. At the moment I'm trying to decide whether we have the energy to take on another beagle. My wife thinks no. She says we can't re[place Tommy, and she's probably right.

Oh great suggestion. I will surely make one video on this. Until then here's how you can help you doggo:
Start Slow: Begin by just spending time near the car without starting it or going anywhere. Let your dog approach the car on her own terms. You can sit near the car and let her explore around it. Reward her with treats and praise for calm behavior near the car.
Associate the Car with Positive Things: Once she seems comfortable being near the car, try feeding her meals close to, and eventually inside, the parked car. You can also play with her or give her favorite treats or toys in the car. The goal is to make her think of the car as just another fun place to hang out.
Gradual Introduction to Sitting in the Car: With the car still off, encourage her to get in and sit with you. Praise and treat for calm behavior inside the car. Make these sessions short and sweet, gradually increasing the time as she becomes more comfortable.
Turn On the Engine: Once she's okay with sitting in the car, start the engine without moving. Let her get used to the sound and vibration, continuing with treats and praise.
Short, Pleasurable Trips: Begin with very short drives, maybe just down the driveway or around the block. Choose times when it's unlikely to rain to avoid triggering her previous fear. Make the destination fun - a park, a friend’s house where she gets lots of attention, or a drive-thru where she gets a small treat.
Consistency and Repetition: Repeat these short trips regularly, slowly extending the length as she becomes more comfortable. Consistency is key in building her confidence.
Avoid Negative Experiences: Make sure to avoid anything that might scare her during these trips, such as loud music, yelling, or sudden stops. And DO NOT take him to the vet from the car.

hi can u please give me some tips on allergies? my beagle just had a minor skin allergy 2 months ago and its cured after some medicines. now after 1 and half months, he has got the same dandruff-like flakes at the back of his ears and causes too much itching and he is starting to smell. what to do to avoid this problem.. and what ear wax shud I use for him. my beagle is a 3 and half-month-old male puppy.
Sounds like your dog has a fungus infection in his ear. If you go to a pet store, ask someone about ear drops for him to kill fungus. They should have something. If not, ask the vet.

yeah we had the same concern try to find a safe clean path for walking and don't let them go into tall grass or anything else just on the path. and its very important for them to go washroom outside unless an emergency its just unnatural. my family takes turns walking him at least 3 times a day. morning evening and night its absolutely necessary
and by home food I'm assuming you mean rotes and bread and all, NO. u can look up what's safe like unflavored curd, fruits etc

A tired beagle is a well behaved beagle. Specially as puppies. I give mine long walks and scent games to tire him out and he’s an angel at home.
