Im a momma of 6 never looked better. I've been doing this for over one month along with Dr semi's nutritional guide (non starch whole food vegan) and I am ripped! I always hated working out but this workout after the 15 minute morning yoga flow, doesn't feel like a workout it feels like I'm just honoring my whole body. I look forward to it daily. I started honoring my vessel daily routine with a Playlist starting with your a.m affirmations, then morning yoga flow,, then this workout flow, next is guided meditation, scripting and then im charged and ready to take on the fest of my day.. thank you for your work and sharing your gift to help us heal and stay well
I used to work out intensely 5-7 days a week, but it became too much for me. I still crave the burn and endorphins from a good workout, so these mini workouts are exactly what I need right now. Thank you!
I'm working on having a productive year overall. I started testosterone this Tuesday, and felt a huge boost in confidence, and on top of that I've been doing walks every day with my dog, and just incorporated squats into the mix. I'm planning on just enjoying the process as I go along with self-improvement. I'm also working a lot on fixing my sleep schedule, and a new thing I think I wanna do is morning yoga at least once a week if once a day isn't tangible 😅
I remember doing this video and avoiding the burn but I decided to explore and sit with the burn today and it actually felt good, I imagined it breaking up the blockages in my hips! Thank you

at first your workout flows were too hectic for me.. i remember as far back as 2020, where i coulndt keep up. but now standard yoga doesnt activate as much as it used to, so im quite keen to keep up with your yoga workouts. thank you!
