The car lasted about 6 days on the used car lot. :(
Farewell my friend, I hope to see you again one day and hope your new owner treats you well. Thank you for a great 1 year and 8 months. They were perfect.

I loved the sound of that 392 at the end.. Glad you stayed charger.. Honestly only a few people would agree with me but I would go with the 392 before the hellcat just because it's cheaper and not to mention a bigger motor >:)

That is a nice color and car. I truly believe that if dodge made that charger as a coupe (same exact look except doors, scat pack of course) it would look so sick and out sell the Stang and Camaro combined. Then they could reintroduce the Baracuda.

Please Help: One thing i have not heard you discuss about this vehicle is the gas mileage, do you think this is an acceptable vehicle to be a daily driver with fairly long commutes to work and back? Im about to purchase one but still on the fence because im worried about the v8 sucking too much gas, im considering a 2013 taurus SHO v6 twin turbo instead. Your advice would be valued greatly.
+tuncwl On the highway the car does pretty good since it shuts down 4 cylinders while at cruising speeds. Highway MPG all depends on what gears your car comes with and of course what speed. I had the 3.06 gears in mine which are slightly more aggressive (meaning I get less MPG on the highway) and I still got in the upper 20's on the highway. City all depends how you drive as well, typically it hung around 15. Overall the smile on my face when hearing that V8 roar made it worth it to me and highway driving impressed me!
I've been looking forward to purchasing a scat pack charger for some time now. I think you made a great choice! I've put off buying mine but I hear that Go Mango is avalible for order now in the srts hopefully for the scat pack as well. I'll be finding out tuesday.

Awesome upgrade I too have been a mopar fan. I am wondering what upgrades you are planning after about a month of ownership? I am glad you went with the charger and not the Challenger scat. I think that was the best choice for the money you get more of the SRT look and the red Brembo brakes and hood scoop on the charger and I love the WRT light weight rims. I know in some of your older videos you had mentioned keeping this car for a long time and because it fits into the RT category you can get the unlimited mopar warranty mileage and years. You have up to a year to get and covers everything but the key fobs and brake pads. I never use the key fob unless it is for the remote starter for the awesome cold starts and to here it in the parking lot. The only other thing worth getting or taking a look at would be a Tazer from zauto that unlocks the SRT pages and the economy mode and valet mode. It also give a track mode with faster shift points at higher RPM. The only down side will be the bee on the evic screen during start up will be gone but they are working on an upgrade that can fix that. With that on the car the only difference for the Scatpack and SRT will the the wider rims 9.5 in adjustable suspension and 6 piston caliper. By the way the 4 piston vs the 6 piston is only 3 feet stopping distance when cold, when hot and the brakes fade that's a different story. lol well that was a long comment and good luck with the new car and if you have any questions do hesitate to ask.
+John Nurczyk I've already ordered a CAI from R2C and several other cosmetic mods that I will be posting videos on once they all come in! The dealership I bought this car from already gives a powertrain warranty forever so that's pretty damn cool! I agree that after really thinking about the Charger was simply the better bang for your buck! I'll be posting a video soon with my reasons I went with it.
I have always liked the Dodge Charger but watching your videos about your 2014 charger made me want one so badly can't wait to see new videos on your new charger

Man I just got my 2014 charger RT Black top I ain't even messed with the paddle shifters yet much less do a burn out I drove it on Eco to the house not just yet I just got it yeah I'm pretty careful with my stuff hopefully I can keep this rental so I won't have to drive my charger RT so much I love it the way it is with a car cover over it in the garage lol

@RP, is the plum crazy metallic? any color other than black will stay so much cleaner looking. at one point we had 3 black cars, RT Challenger, 4th gen SS Camaro and 5th gen SS Camaro. we still have the 5th gen SS. and wow, you drove it 25k miles in a yr and a half, yikes!

I have to tip my hat to you brother! Great videos. Very informative. You seem to have the pulse of a good sized Mopar community in Houston. I just got into Mopars. Almost a year ago I bought a Magnum SRT8 and I instantly fell in love! I love the saying your girlfriend said in one of your videos, "Mopar or no car." That couldn't be more true.
The car that started your channel for me will always be that Rusty with the smoked esc hahaha. I saw that vid way before you got the charger. I just so happened to be saving up for a new car and was looking into the Scat Pack or the R/T and found your channel again a few years later. Now that you have the SP I guess I will have to Sub so I can see if it's worth waiting an extra year over the R/T which I should be able to afford this year 😀.
I had my first Challenger for one year and eight months. Last week I traded it in for a Challenger Scat Pack. It's amazing! If you get a Scat Pack you'll be very happy.

Hey Riley! I'm about to buy a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T and I was wondering what are some of the mods you had in this one. Such as anything motor wise? Did you have magnaflow as well? +Kiara Nunez My only real performance mods on this car were just the Airaid Cold Air Intake, magnaflow exhaust, and also the oil catch can. My car was slightly faster than most other R/T's because of my 3.06 rear gears!
I'm hoping that will be my first car, one of the most badass chargers I've seen ever.

What's the best car to buy for 40-50k
+ca$hout In my opinion this. That's why I bought it. 485HP, Nice Interior/Exterior, All of the fancy features like heated and cooled seats, easy to use Nav screen, tons of small features here and there that make a massive difference in ownership, and seats 5 pretty comfortably with a large trunk! The new BMW M2's are really nice but slightly more expensive and a totally different class of car. Most of the other cars I would like to buy are more expensive than this by several thousand. I felt as though this car was the best "bang for your buck" and I've loved owning my 2014!

+Sneaker Diego Not that I know of. The dealer said it was the cleanest charger they've seen be sold their and I don't think they really cared about any of the aftermarket stuff.
