SEDA's service is great, no doubt about that. But their hotel in BGC is by far their worst hotel in terms of construction quality, quite subpar at best. Too many shortcuts on the construction - the low ceiling heights, the plastering works are off, wallpaper on certain common areas are peeling, the furniture is not very premium, the facade's peeling white painted walls (with mould growth in certain areas) reminds me of a low cost housing complex. The SEDA hotels in Makati and Cebu are better. They started operating this hotel during the early years of BGC and now their building looks the ugliest in BGC! I think whats SEDA should do is redevelop the entire hotel, just my opinion and don't hate me for this :)

Would you say Seda bgc is as good or better than Brittany hotel in BGC if you have visited as well?
I find it very pricey for a simple hotel room with 2 single bed. That room in North America is equivalent to 3-3 & 1/2 star hotel.
I think they flaunt about the prime location and near the major areas for commercial.
