I loved your accent. I was in awe with the teapot n wondering how you will make chai in it. But you replaced it boom. Soy milk was a great option. Woww. This is going to be so soothing this autumn. Ya and the "Gal Baat" was really cool.
For anyone who finds peeling ginger to be an off-putting experience, leaving the skin on doesn't seem to impact the flavor at all. I just rinse it first and pulverize it all in a mortar and pestle. Tastes amazing.
I loved how you threw in some Punjabi in this video! And of course, your humorous commentary about the fancy tea pot haha 😂 also, love the tabla playing in the background! Thank you for this video and the quick tips 😊
Great video, can’t wait to try it! Just a video suggestion, I would like to prepare more red lentil dishes, would love to see your take on a red lentil dish!
i tried making tea with soy milk. wasn't that good. there still was taste of soy that i didn't like. suggest some more alternatives which taste closer to dairy? im too used to that taste of dairy!
@@VeganSingh actually where i come from , there are no vegan stores, we have to go to the city to buy vegan milk brands and being a student, i cant afford so much hassle , so i tried making soya milk at home, it tasted wack. if u have brand recommendations, lemme know might try buying them online or just make a video on making soya milk at home(with bearable taste) ,thanks in advance;)

Yes removing the skin is optional, but wanted to share the hack for use in other recipes that require it to be peeled.

Why not boiling the crushed cloves and cardamom together with the tea?
You can, but this is a special recipe popular in Amritsar. Has more kick
OMG!!! PUNJABI!!!! Man I am glad I found your ch! Keep it up brother man

Is that your real accent? Or are you really good at imitating an American accent? I like your video and the tips on improving our chai.
Lol I get this a lot
Hi what brand of soya milk do you use?
I make my own, I’ll make a recipe soon.
Can you add a written recipe?
I will going forward
I'm gonna have to try it! :) Can we add almond milk versus soy milk? Subscribed!
Definitely it’s legit, try soy the almond milk breaks when you boil it.
How does chai taste with soy milk ?
For example, like with cow milk ?
It tastes better than the other plant milks with cha, but different than cow milk
You can eat the outside of a cardamom pod?
Yes, but make sure to roast it first :)
so ginger is the main of all the basic ingredients of chai… cause…you just make the other spices as topping’s.

There’s nothing that will taste exactly like dairy, but you can make cha taste legit.
I’ll make a video for you, but it’ll be a few weeks.
@@VeganSingh woah thanks a lot . im sure this wait will be worth the cha.
@@VeganSingh hey I have the same question, did you make the video......I am thinking cashew milk will give same flavour what you think?
