- Crème brûlée is a french dessert .A crunchy-and-custardy delight, a magical contrast between the brittle caramelized topping and the smooth, creamy custard . Recipe requires just a few of very simple ingredients, like eggs, whipping cream and sugar.
INGREDIENTS:-
500ml whipping cream
5 eggyolks
5 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla pod (or 3 tsp vanilla essence)
sugar for caramel
fruits for garnishing (optional)
Instructions:-
(avoid these mistakes to make flawless Crème Brûlée )
1: Use wide, shallow ramekins. In deeper, pudding takes longer to bake, meaning your crème brûlée base will be overcooked at the edges and undercooked in the center. The wide and shallow ramekin allows for optimal sugar-to-pudding radio, and a more impressive crust.
2: Getting water in the mix will ruin the texture, giving it a pebbled surface and soggy interior. Avoid this problem by adding just enough water in the baking tray, to come half way up to the outsides of ramekins.
3: Don't use whole egg. Whole egg will give you the consistency of flan and not the Crème Brûlée.

1: استخدام واسعة، رامكينز الضحلة. في العمق، يأخذ البودينغ وقتا أطول للخبز، وهذا يعني أن قاعدة كريم برولي سوف تكون مفرطة في الحواف وتحت طهيها في المركز. و رامكين واسعة وضحلة يسمح للالاذاعة السكر إلى بودنغ الأمثل، وقشرة أكثر إثارة للإعجاب.
2: الحصول على المياه في مزيج سوف تدمر الملمس، وإعطائها سطح حصاة والداخلية سوجي. تجنب هذه المشكلة عن طريق إضافة ما يكفي من الماء في علبة الخبز، ليأتي في منتصف الطريق إلى الخارج من رامكينز.

(évitez ces erreurs pour faire une Crème Brûlée parfaite)
1: Utilisez des ramequins larges et peu profonds. Plus profondément, le pudding prend plus de temps à cuire, ce qui signifie que votre base de crème brûlée sera trop cuite sur les bords et insuffisamment cuite au centre. Le ramequin large et peu profond permet une radio de sucre à pudding optimale et une croûte plus impressionnante.
2: Obtenir de l'eau dans le mélange va ruiner la texture, en lui donnant une surface de galets et un intérieur détrempé. Évitez ce problème en ajoutant juste assez d'eau dans la plaque de cuisson, à mi-chemin jusqu'à l'extérieur des ramequins.
3: N'utilisez pas d'oeuf entier. L'œuf entier vous donnera la consistance du flan et non la crème brûlée.

5 yemas de huevo
5 cucharadas de azúcar
1 vaina de vainilla (o 3 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla)
azúcar para caramelo

1: Use moldes anchos y poco profundos. En profundidad, el budín tarda más en hornear, lo que significa que su base crème brûlée estará recocida en los bordes y poco cocida en el centro. El molde ancho y poco profundo permite una óptima radio de azúcar a pudín y una corteza más impresionante.
2: Obtener agua en la mezcla arruinará la textura, dándole una superficie de guijarros y un interior empapado. Evite este problema agregando suficiente agua en la bandeja de hornear, para llegar a la mitad de la parte exterior de los moldes.
3: No use huevos enteros. El huevo entero te dará la consistencia del flan y no la Crème Brûlée.

Crème brûlée é uma sobremesa francesa. Uma delícia crocante, um contraste mágico entre a cobertura caramelizada e quebradiça e o creme cremoso e macio. A receita requer apenas alguns ingredientes muito simples, como ovos, natas e açúcar.
INGREDIENTES:
- 500ml de creme para chantilly
- 5 gemas ovos
- 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar - 1 vagem de baunilha (ou 3 colheres de chá de essência de baunilha)
- açúcar para caramelo
- frutas para decorar (opcional)
Levar ao fogo médio-baixo o creme de chantilly e a baunilha.
Assim que ver a "pele" da nata se formar, tirar do fogo.
Não deixe ferver por muito tempo, isso vai desandar o creme.
Bater as gemas com o açúcar até esbranquiçar e ficar fofo.
Não misture as gemas e o açúcar com antecedência, o açúcar pode queimar os ovos ou formar grumos, e vcs vai perder a textura de seda do creme brulee.
Hora de colocar o creme de baunilha.
Retirar as favas.
Adicione o creme um pouco de cada vez.
Coe na peneira.
Retire a espuma.
Agora é hora de colocar nos ramequins. Essa receita serve 4 porções.
Retire as bolhas com uma toalha de papel.
Coloque água quente (mas não fervente) até a metade da altura dos ramequins.
Pré aqueça o forno a 130°C.
Assar por 25-35 min, ou até perceber que o creme balança só um pouco no centro.
Deixar eles esfriando por 15 min.
Então levar à geladeira por pelo menos 2 horas, ou até a hora de servir. Isso pode ser feito até 3 dias antes!
Colocar o açúcar e espalhar uniformemente.
Vc tb pode gratinar o seu creme brulle se vc não tiver o maçarico.
Evitar esses erros para criar um Crème Brûlée impecável:
1: Use ramequins largos e rasos. Usando fundo, o pudim leva mais tempo para assar, o que significa que sua base de creme brûlée ficará cozida demais nas bordas e mal cozida no centro. O ramequin largo e raso permite uma base ideal de caramelo e uma crosta impressionante.
2: Cair água na mistura arruinará a textura, proporcionando uma superfície de seixos e um interior encharcado. Evite esse problema adicionando apenas água suficiente na assadeira para chegar até a metade dos ramequins.
3: Não use ovo inteiro. Ovo inteiro lhe dará a consistência de pudim e não o Crème Brûlée.
