Fun Review. Thank you! The best line for me was right near the very end: "...(you'd) have to get your time machine fired up for that..." These pencil reviews are an excellent substitute for a time machine.
Generic but still iconic, and a healthy hit of nostalgia. I love the yellow/orange and pink profile of American pencils. They're in that category of objects that just _look good._ That lead really goes down with use, eh? For its grade, it sure is softer than expected.
Hi MAMO - nice review! Funny how Musgrave didn't give these a model name (or number) but just put their name on it and the grade. I wonder if these were commissioned by a school district or office that didn't want a custom print but just a large supply of yellow pencils? Or maybe, as you suggest, this was a super-budget line for Musgrave. Regardless, the pencils appeared to have a nice, dark tone especially compared to the Ticonderoga. Thanks as always!

And sadly I don't actually own a time machine.

I suppose Americans take for granted the classic yellow-chrome-pink pencil. Familiarity -> contempt.
Thank you for another excellent review. I love Musgrave pencils. My favorite being the Tennessee Red Cedar.
That is indeed an outstanding pencil.
Thanks!

That sounds logical; a bulk order for internal use for a school or business. Either way, they're pretty nice!
