Well yeah sure it’s an amazing idea but reality check is it’s not that easy to just announce these movies and with all the contracts and the pandemic going on they just want to fit everything into a one movie so we all pray for it to be good
this would actually work, as neither of the other series have names as simple as "spiderman 4" it might be a bit confusing for the average watcher but not impossible
People hate on the original Spiderman 3 for having too much stuff in it but now people are already praising this new Spiderman 3 because theres going to be a lot of stuff in it... like wtf
@@Slyest4255 i reckon they could have stuck with venom and new goblin and focused on that, but still, it did a good job with delivering with what the film had to say about revenge n shit
they also said Charlie Cox's Daredevil is gonna be in this film. Honestly, in my opinion, he fits better in Spider-Man 3 than the whole Spider-Verse thing.
RIIGHT ?? This would have been perfect to have Charlie Cox and Vincent d'Onofrio introduced on the big screen, and they would have been MORE than enough for this movie, I'm not nearly as excited for the whole Spider-Verse than I was when I heard the rumors of Cox coming back.
i wanna believe this but... the MCU is just too childish imo, Daredevil was great because it was gritty and grounded, nothing like the MCU, without decent writing his character can flop easily
@@thisbubblygoodness7611 Very true, I still grit my teeth when I remember the scene from season 1 where kingpin bashes his own workers head in that car door over and over again. I love daredevil and I'm still really pissed at it being cancelled, especially after that cliffhanger in season 3. I would love another chance for Charlie's return since he plays daredevil like no other, but I feel like it would just be a tease, and I dont just want a tease for daredevil, I want him back in a show or something his character deserves. Masterpiece of a show imo.
@@dir-gk 100% agreed, season 3 alone was one of the best pieces of television media i've seen, it was basically Marvel's Breaking Bad, so if Charlie's daredevil came back, my expectations would be reasonably high
I think the villains here (based on the new and old villains) will be Sandman, Doc Ock, Electro, Green Goblin, Vulture, and Scorpion. Edit; I know you didn't ask but I still wanted to say it
@@ZeroSensed we alredy have many villain ready. Apparently it is: Vulture Scorpion Morbius In the cast there will be the electro from amazing spiderman 2 and doc oc form spider man 2, plus a sixth one that will eventually be the founder of the sinister six.
It just seems a little too early at this point to introduce Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. If Spider-Man 3 ends up being the crossover its rumoured as, it could easily turn into something that's too convoluted to tell in one movie, similar to that of Spider-Man 3 (2007) and Justice League (2017). They should establish Holland's Spider-Man fully first, before going onto multiverse type stuff.
In my opinion, there is nothing to worry . Mcu and sony are together working in spiderman 3 and there is *MCU* . I believe them especially kevin fiege what he is doing . So don’t worry . They will manage
@Parvis it’s 2021 in a little bit. Civil War was 2016 my guy. It’s quite clear he is using phase 4 to set up the multiverse and introduced that very well in the end credit scene of far from home which everyone approved of. I’ll make sure to come back to this after the film receives high marks to see you eat your words. I love comics even some poor films but some of y’all are some miserable haters.
he’s an absolute hater. UA-cam shows his recent interactions with this channel and it’s all about his disdain for Spider-Man. Keep in mind that Spider-Man both films are rated in the top 10 of the 23 films by Marvel...mind you this dummy says Marvel has no idea what they’re doing with Spidey. Fk off pnk
@@DaddyzgirlAllMine smh oh well. Sucks for him. This is a wonderful time to be a comic book fan. Some ppl just want to watch the world burn lol Fiege will prove this bum wrong. I’ve bookmarked his comment. I’m gonna be on him after this thing is released
The problem with the current spider-man is (no hate intended), it seems more of fan pleasing than actual Spider-man content. Everyone loves Iron Man, and it seems the movie makers are always doing something or the other to make references to him. It's not right. Tom's spider-man should be independent. This was exactly what was right about Raimi's films. He focused on what Spider-man should be irrespective of what fans want of him. Even to some extent in Andrew films. Plus the tone is always way too smooth except in fights.
I'm worried for spidey 3 as well. I feel as If it is gonna end up like the last spider-man 3, with sony trying to give the viewers everything they want, but then ending up ruining the entire film in the process
I honestly enjoyed the third movie. It had some flaws but nothing to totally ruin it. It was a great end to the trilogy in my opinion. With the upcoming spiderman 3 I kinda expected it to do this. They really rushed his story and character development. It's not necessarily bad and I enjoy the movies, it's just not "spiderman"(if that makes any sense). I know a lot of people have said this but he feels more like Miles Morales to me.
@@kalebdickerson268 I agree, I really did like 3. It's my favorite flick. But I just watched it again, and relized why it felt so rushed. It was venom. He was clearly not meant to be in the story. The symbiote has to be in the story for the character regression, but if they just showed the clip of brock getting consumed by the symbiote as an end credit scene, the movie would feel alot less rushed. It also really annoys me that people kept asking for venom for spidey 3, sony gave it to them, had the most succesfull (box office-wise) spidey flick, and then the SAME people who asked for venom to be in the movie start complianing about how it is a bad movie.
@@kalebdickerson268 Also, I agree with you on MCU spidey as well, after watching homecoming after watchingspider-verse and playing spider-man miles morales on ps5, I noticed that 1. MCU Spidey goes to a nerd school 2.MCU Spidey has an asian guy who is his "guy in the chair" 3. MCU spidey is basically a sidecick trying to be his own hero 4. MCU spidey has young parents 5. The spider-man homecoming stark suit is literally just he miles suit but blue and red with a right side up spider on the back
The thing is I don't care about the villains at all all i just want see the character growth of Tom Holland spiderman where he learns about what is to become a real spiderman from Tobey and Andrew. I just want a brotherhood mentor relationship among the Peter Parkers
@@learn2draw716 huh. If you were trying to say tobey there then umm that ain’t true. His movies may not be the best but his Spider-Man is very very good or no his Peter Parker is good. But in turn that makes his Spider-Man pretty good too so...
I feel like people r thinking they are gonna be main characters there’s a chance they might have 5-10 min cameos Edit:I’m thinking they might have cameos but kraven is gonna be a main villain(YOU JUST SAID KRAVEN ASWELL) we share the same opinion on this and kraven might be more modern maybe like a skilled military fighter or smth like a bounty hunter.
@@RyanGosling6 he does but thats alot of characters for u to say a lot of spidermen rush in all of the sudden and spideverse was the best movie of 2018
Im not gonna surprise if the whole "spiderman gets framed for murder" will get resolve so easily in the beginning of the movie and just gonna move to the multiverse plot.
@@VigilanteStudios160.04 that’s a bit different though. Because there is a 6 year time jump or something like that between Homecoming and FFH so that is more than enough time for aunt may to accept Peter as Spider-Man.
It’s probably an unpopular opinion but I think scorpion would’ve been the perfect villain for Spider-Man 3. He clearly hates Spider-Man (from the homecoming post credits scene) and was looking to know who he is, now everyone knows and they brought J Jonah Jameson back and he’s a big part in scorpions origin. Too bad it won’t happen tho
Eddie R I also believe that Scorpion would be the perfect villain for Spiderman 3. Now that JJJ is in the MCU and Spiderman is considered a criminal, he would be the ideal antagonist.
@@thisbubblygoodness7611 I mean you don’t know if scorpion will be in Spider-Man 3 or not. These villains are only leaks and confirmations from marvel studios they never said scorpion wouldn’t be in it.
@@thisbubblygoodness7611 yeah right. I'm bothered by the lack of the Scorpion/Vulture/Spider-man arc/story whatever in Far From Home. They made Far From Home a subsequel of Infinity war and Endgame, which of course makes sense, but I wished they still established some elements of the story of Scorpion because of what they want to establish based on the credits of Homecoming.
They should just make a separate Spider-man 4 with Tobey Maguire. I think there is too much Spider-verse going on. I prefer isolated Spider-man stories.
Maybe what Marvel needs is failure. All they've had was blind success. They need to fail in order to grow. So let this film fail, let people criticize Marvel and not consume all the shit they throw at us. Marvel is overrated. And the fact no one is bothered by how they adapted Spider-Man is a big problem with this franchise. No one is willing to criticize Marvel.
@@dingkong5034 they’ve had their fair share of failure. Not everyone likes this Spider-Man adaptation either, but who knows maybe this movie will be great
You have some really good ideas for movies like these, reminds of myself lol. I agree with the Kraven thing, Spider-Man going on the run and Kraven hunting, would be pretty sick. It could be like Peters in the woods or something, hiding out and then Kraven uses the trees to hide himself to surprise attack Peter. Then Peter uses his Spider sense to counter surprise attacks from Kraven. That shit would be amazing.
I totally agree with you. It’s rumored that the first part of the movie it’s going to be right after when Far From Home ended trying to solve his identity problems and about Peter and MJ relationship, so i’m not worried about Tom Holland’s protagonism because he’s going to have it. And in the final part Andrew and Tobey are going to help him with all the villains.
This are all great points coming from someone whose favourite Spidey is Tom, like you addressed in the vid, Peter’s identity being revealed to the world is a big deal I hope it isn’t just played for laughs either, and I’m not sure how they can manage to focus on Tom’s Peter if all the rumours are true and there’ll be a butt ton characters in the film.
far from home kinda proved alot of your issues were on purpose to set this trilogy as a prequel for the next few trilogys. btw what happened to scorpion at the end of home coming? Tom Holland is my favourite spiderman and honestly my favourite actor right now. Would love to see a video made on it.
Don't worry scorpion is coming back and Tom Holland's next trilogy. He has to. Michael Mando's too good of an actor to just be left on the sidelines like that.
If Andrew Garfield can teach Tom Holland how to be a good Spider-Man and Tobey Maguire to teach him how to be a good Peter Parker, then that would just be *Spectacular* .
Tom Holland will always be Iron Man Jr. The Spiderman that Toby Mcguire potrayed was so much more spiderman to me. Its like they are trying to use nostalgia bait to fill the seats.
I think what people dont like about this Spider man boils down to the fact Marvel have been building him up for the long run as Toms Spidey doesnt fully become THE Spider man we know from the comics until the final fight in FFH. Thats what this Home trilogy feels like, its a symbolic origin where it shows how he grows to become the spider man we know rather than be that spider man from the get go like Maguire and Garfield. I think thats what fans dont like is that they were expecting this Spider man to be the spider man from the start but we didnt get that so becasue of that, they have been impatient with this take. Becasue of the story Marvel have been telling with this Spider man, Spider man 3 needs to be a film about Peter Parker and exploring and showing us how he has become the spider man and now the focus should start to be more on Peter than Spider man. This film really should be a grounded film of Peter being down and out rather than being a big Spider verse film which should be saved a film after spider man 3. Yes maybe i am a little biased because i do love this version of the character. I love how we have watch Spider man grow, how he has made mistakes but kept going and learnt from them (which isnt something we got from the previous 2). Yes i do think Tom himself as Spider man is the best out of the 3 (Maguire is a really, really, really close second for me) and i dont think my opinion on Tom as Spider man will change but depending how SM3 plays out my opinion on this take on the character might change if it isnt that film where it shows how Peter is the Spider man now and if it doesnt deal with the identity reveal seriously (which im sure it will).
Couldn't have said it better myself, absolutely true! People forget this is the MCU, it's obvious its characters will be completely imperfect from the start until the movies progress, Spider-Man included. The formula is that Marvel Studios can slowly develop him into the Spidey we all know & love. I have deep faith in what Marvel Studios had in store for Spidey, even though it's kinda controversial right now. Tobey & ITSV may be my favourites, but MCU Spidey is my most definitive version for me despite all the controversy surrounding this version, & the one I see has the biggest potential to be the best live-action Spidey ever!
@@wayneshobbygallery Yeah i agree with that dude, i believe that SM3 will be the film either prove the "iron boy jr" people wrong or it will prove the people who defend this version (like me) about him growing wrong.
you gotta be kidding? The first spider-man movie with Toby Mcguire was all about being a scared young teen to learning everything alone on top of dealing with a loss of Uncle Ben. In these new Spiderman movies Tom Holland's Peter Parker already had an awesome aunt, backing from Tony Stark, Hell even his suit was designed by Tony! He got served everything on a silver platter and he even was charming as fuck to the point that he gates to take one of the hottest girls in school to prom dance. None of this was true for Toby and his Peter parker was poor and had NOBODY backing him. He did everything by himself. Hell even after becoming popular he was struggling to put food on the table till the end of Spider-man 3. You gotta be blind to say that The first trilogy had no character growth. Tom Holland's spider-man is just spoilt brat.
EVEN HIS THUMBNAILS ARE LIKE HIGHTOP But seriously this guy is extremely underrated i see you having 120k by next year with the effort you put in these vids
Oh let’s goooooooo this gonna be a banger Edit-This video was great and I totally agree with this take although I would like a venom to appear in an MCU movie and see how that would play out maybe venom came with Tobey maguire as he went through a portal maybe ... we will have to see
I know all the information leaking is just rumors, but part of me just feels like this movie is going to be overstuffed with plot points and characters. Spiderman 3 needs to finalize Peters “coming of age” character arc where we see him become more self reliant, essentially a more grounded Spiderman film. Despite this, I still trust John Watts and Feige to deliver a good movie
Also the title of “Spider-Man 3” is basically cursed. Spider-Man 3 of the raimi movies was definitely the worst one for most people. Spider-Man 3 didn’t even happen for the Andrew trilogy because the second one was so bad. So I’m kind of worried just for that reason lol.
@@itsinstinct_6756 facts. I really liked spiderman 3, especially the symbiote, but venom just came in the movie for like 10 minutes and ruined EVERYTHING all because fans wanted to see venom imediately. I feel like the same will happen to this movie. It will be a good movie ruined by multiverse shit
This is absolutely my opinion too, it’s amazing how your videos literally have all of my arguments and opinions on Spidey’s and the MCU itself, it’s almost like you read my mind. Your channel is amazing and it’s definitely underrated, keep it up man!
Honestly, I’m worried this movie will be lazy written the only way for the sinister six and the 3 Spider-Man to be in one movie then it would have to be as long if not longer than avengers endgame
The reason why I don't want Tobey or Andrew to be in Spider-Man 3 is: What we loved about those renditions of Spidey were the directors, and the writers and I highly doubt those will be coming back. If Andrew and Tobey do come back, they will most likely be turned into goofs and I really, really don't want that, so please Marvel: don't get them back. I'm begging you.
@@mystery4561 movie was heavily dissapointing, they literally made every villain forget all the lessons they learned, for example sandman just forgot about forgiveness, and the lizard went from a guy trying to find his missing pieces but ends up being a monster, to just a monster with problems. tobey and andrew were in there... i really expected them to come out and a very low point in the story, where maybe tom's spidey was even about to die, and then they heroically show up to save the universe. instead they just show up in a random house we've never seen before with a randomly opened portal. also aunt may's death was so fucking void of emotion it was even funny to see, and the power and responsability was so forced.
Faith in Marvel yes, But this shoehorning everything in one movie is most likely Sony doing, and I don't have any faith in Sony. I agree with the video. Sony can be the one that ends up sinking the boat.
I mean as much as i love spiderman i kinda want this movie to fail idk why. Maybe because my fav spiderman was tobey and i want him to remain the best. But even if spiderman 3 is good the og trilogy is better
@@Matts3dbuilds yeah even in far from home he's still in highschool and stuff. Tobey was in already college in the 2nd movie. So we'll have to wait and see
Im so happy to say that it feels like the writing team watched your video (yes I know it was written before the video, I’m just saying they were on the same page as you)
If there's anything marvel has learned, it's that too many villains & characters will make the movie hard to pull off. And with how many characters there are rumored to be, there is a high chance the movie will fail miserably like TASM 2 and Spider-Man 3.
I have not watched the vid yet but I am worried to I feel that if they put all of this stuff into this one movie it could go terribly wrong. Also if I could make home run which is what would call the film I would make it a film about peter and daredevil facing kraven and scorpion where peter has to face consequences. And if I could change something about homecoming and far from home it would be that tony offers the stark suit back instead of the iron spider suit peter turns that down and makes a homemade suit that looks like the one from the comics more. I would also have aunt may trying to stop peter from being spiderman but it's no use l. Also holy crap how did you get 700 subs so fast
@@Mirrorcomics24 It was actually Sony's they demand atleast 2 characters they dont own for the spider man films (atleast they did for the first contract idk whether its the same with the current one) and Sony was heavily pushing for Iron man in HC. They wanted him so badly that they paid RDJ over 20 mil for only 7 mins of screen time so Marvel had to write a story that involved hence the mentorship thing we ended up with
@@arturocastroverde3349 For Doc Ock & J Jonah Jameson, it's understandable since they're the only perfect ones for the roles. For Electro, I don't know but I can roll with it if it was Marvel's decision. But bringing back all the characters from the Sony movies is a big no-no for us.
Here is how to make the film amazing: 1. Writing Get the writers from "into the spiderverse", they can sure as hell handle a multiverse styled movie while developing upon the characters, while also putting humour into the mix, instead of sacrificing everything for silly jokes. (Even if they are hilarious at times) 2. Scenarios Don't sacrifice amazing ideas for silly jokes and plot conveyances that make the film's plot to simple or lazy. Like how you said it, don't make the skrulls come out of nowhere and save Peter's identity by posing as Spider-man. No that's too SIMPLE! Like have a scene where like we have Peter with his friends and family in court and have Matt Murdock (that's Daredevil by the way, who is supposedly rumoured to be in the film) as Peter's lawyer. 3. Personalities Like you said (again) keep Tobey and Andrew's personalities in check, alright? They are perfect as they are. (I swear I will kill you, joke this is a joke I don't induce murder......maybe) 4. Plot and villains Make the plot as compelling as it can along with villains, who need to be as flushed out as they can be while sharing screen time with the heroes. 5. Tom Holland I LOVE Tom don't get me wrong, but I feel like there is a bit missing from his character to make him a great Spider-man. They need to go back to the routes of Cival War, where he is responsible and doesn't act like a 12 year old, while also improving a little bit upon it as well. But hey this is just my opinion (that may change), if you have got different ways of making the film fantastic then go right ahead and tell me. I just pray the film will be awesome.
This feels rushed and I guess they know Tom Holland isn’t cutting it with the real Spider-Man fans not the bandwagon fans. Also, I figure they will get Andrew because he was the best Spider-Man from character. Tobey is the best Spider-Man from the story and character changing.
so people who like Toms Spider man arent real Spider man fans...... Thats a massive assumption as i could say that people who still love Maguire's Spider man are just nostolgia blind but thats not necessarily the case.
@@emersonharrop5775 Tom Holland Spider-Man story isn’t nothing like the spider man in the comics. The Spider-Man in the comics would not like iron man as a fan boy and wouldn’t rely on him to dig him out of problems. Tom Holland is an okay actor little overrated here and there. However, the marvel spider man is just awful writing and most of the people who like it. Are just fans of the avengers and just like the movies because it apart of marvel. Hints the word bandwagon fans. If you like Tom Holland Spider-Man that’s ok with me, but real hardcore Spider-Man fans aren’t really behind the marvel Spider-Man.
@@micahhill4786 If you think that Spider man wouldnt fanboy over Iron man, try looking at Ultimate Spider man (comics not the show) becasue everytime they meet, Spider man does nothing but fanboy harder than MCU ever has. Also Spider man in the comics does fanboy over some heroes from time to time why does changing the heroes hes a fan of suddenly make in "innacurate"? If you watch both HC and FFH he never depends on Stark to solve his problems aside from that ferry scene even then he tries to take his charge and solve it himself. If Spider man was dependant on Stark, then he would have gone to Stark and asked him for help to go after the Vulture or listen to what Stark says and not go after him. But he doesnt he goes out tries to stop him on his own, thats not being dependant on Stark, that him trying to be self reliant and he ends up catching him on his own with out Stark or the fancy suit. Then Stark wasnt even around in FFH. Also im a pretty hardcore fan of Spider man, ive read countless comics ive watched some TV shows (i dont really watch tv tho) ive played/own all the games from 2002 and ive seen and own all the films relating to spider man. But despite all that i guess im just a casual becasue i like toms version? No, i can garantee that there ars a lot of people in the who are hardcore fans that like hollands to some degree. Usually the people who are the most unhappy are the ones who the most vocal thats why it seems most are displeased because they are the loudest. Now im not saying they are the minority or the majority im just pointing out that the unhappy ones are always the loudest.
I’m gonna be so pissed if the rumors are true and they actually do a Spider verse in this movie. If they do that, then they will have officially blown their chance to save MCU Spider-Man.
Don’t worry, I’m sure they have tons of time, I don’t think he’s in like grave danger. I think they will have enough time to give him a solo movie. I’m more worried about the use of cgi. I’m sure they will do his plot justice. They should know not to ruin him after all of the bickering to get him
@@cyatram I believe Tobey and Andrew are already confirmed, Sony posted a video on his youtube channel where they said we will see the 3 spiderman in a single movie (video that they deleted btw), Alfred Molina Charlie Fox, Emma Stone and Kirsten Dust are confirmed too (im not sure about Emma and Kirsten but yes about Alfred and Charlie), and I believe there are other things but i dont remember very well
Lets be real here, I am also very worried about this movie being over crammed and a total clusterfuck. But since these are mostly rumors, we aren't even 100% sure they will be in it. If they are there's a chance they'll just be longer cameos. Personally, I really liked Holland's peter, just a personal opinion, homecoming and ffh are some of my favorite movies. I trust Jon Watts (the director) with this and thought he did super well with spiderman, Watts is a huge inspiration to me as an aspiring film maker so i think this movie will be good.
I'm just hoping in the 3rd act final fight there is a portal that gets opened where they see the other spidermen fighting and their fights jump across dimensions, this leaves room to bring characters from other dimensions into the main one to stay, such as Venom and what not.
Knowing what we know now I think the biggest problem for this movie is it’s to big and aiming for to much. Spoiler warning for Venom Let there be carnage. Venom saw Peter and wants to go after him which introduces another character to the mix plus all of the other stuff going on it’s just too much for one movie I think. We have the sinister 6, possibly venom, Doctor strange, Tobey and Andrew, and then Tom Holland and I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw miles in some way.
I really hope this is just about mcu spider-man and not about tobey or andrew coming in. People complain about tom getting help all the time, yet they don't complain when literally two other spider-men come to help him.
I didn’t think of that until you mentioned it cause people did complain when he got help from Ironman, Happy, The Avengers, The Guardians of the Galaxy, and Doctor Strange but they have no problem with him getting help from the previous Spider-Men
Definitely have to agree, those are some really solid points (although I do love Far From Home I can see why you wouldn't as I'm getting a little sick and tired of having Spider-Man over reliant on Iron Man) another concern I do have is what happens if Spider-Man No Way Home does NOT have the other Spider-Men? WandaVision proved that fans are willing to get over attached to ideas that may or may not be true, then when the actual product is released and it's not what fans were expecting (for better or worse) it can not only become divisive but also turn the fans against Marvel (I don't know if that would happen I'm just over exaggerating a bit). Think about the lessons of films like "Iron Man 3" "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" or even something like "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" where fans where fans were expecting so much and got rather angry because the films did not exceed their expectations. I'm really hoping for the best on this one too and they might pull it off! however I cannot help but notice that this is the third year in a row that we're getting a film in december that has massive anticipation and with expectations SO high it might not work. another thing is this is the fourth time we're getting a Spider-Man film that has a lot going on and although the last time really worked wonders (Into the Spider-Verse) the last two... (Spider-Man 3, The Amazing Spider-Man 2) well those infamously didn't. the last thing I just wanna say which is REALLY IMPORTANT is that I personally feel (being one myself) that fans should have excitement over a film be it Star Wars, Marvel, DC or something else, but not obsessed to the point where they more or less prewriting what the movie should be to them, cause it only upsets them hence why they tend to get angry sometimes. I hope that whatever Spider-Man: No Way Home does, it's smart, enjoyable and above all able to keep that right balance between what's fan service and the director's vision. sorry for the long post here's an imaginary potato
They have to wait for Doctor Strange 2 to do a Spider-Verse. It feels like the perfect to introduce it because Doctor Strange 2 is about the multiverse, but it is what it is 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
I really don’t want them to introduce the Multiverse yet. It will make the MCU way to confusing and hard to follow. If anything I wouldn’t mind introducing Miles Morales, or Spider-Gwen. That’s my biggest worry about Phase 4 as a whole. It will just be FAR too confusing! They are introducing way too much into the MCU way too fast. I would also LOVE for you to make a essay on the Spider-Man PS4, because in my personal opinion, I like that Spider-Man better than any film version. I know your channel is focused on films, but I think, since it is a very cinematic movie, it would pass.
Dude I feel the same. Ps4 Spiderman was soooo good. And the emotions there were unmatched to their films. I teared up both times I played it. And the characters are good
Doctor strange uses magic to hide Spider man's secret identity. Makes everyone forget. And in doing so, messes with the timeline and brings in Toby and Andrew along with the guy who played Doc Ock and the guy who played electro
So...they then have to yada-yada the fuck out of the reason that the magic would somehow cause that massive of a dimensional rift. I don’t see it. Elaborate? I’m interested.
The only thing that's giving me any confidence in the movie at this point is that Garfield is in it. Like, he wouldn't play as Spidey again unless he knew the character was going to be done justice. If he's in, I'm in
I know I just commented, but I just finished the video, and I want to say what I want from Spider-Man 3. In my opinion I’d like a story where Peter is forced to get away from his family and friends, with someone who believes Spider-Man is not in the clear could be J Jonah Jameson, but it doesn’t matter who it is, as long as it makes sense. I’d want them to hire Kraven and make him go after Peter and Peter almost is done for but he escapes they can use this time to elaborate Peters character in and out of the suit as that’s happening Kraven pulls some strings to get Vulture, Scorpion, Mysterio (the guys who run the projections because Beck and Mysterio are 2 different people they can do only projections) out of jail. Peter running from his enemy’s goes to Doctor Strange around the end of the movie for help and he brings in Andrew, and Tobey, but something goes wrong bringing in Doc Ock from Tobey’s universe, and Electro from Andrew’s. Andrew, and Tobey give Tom the final part to make him a great Spider-Man, strength and character, and finally Tobey, Andrew, and Tom fight the sinister six, Tom gets proven innocent and Andrew, and Tobey return home. I’d like that for a finale. I wouldn’t mind seeing more from Tom, but I would prefer that it’s not in a solo film. If they could continue solo films in a way that works I’d be happy, but if this happened I don’t think it’s possible. Thanks for reading my novel of a comment.
Legit don't understand why people think that because of the actors being reprized for the roles they played prior. (Tobey, Andrew, legit all the villains pretty much) that it'll eclipse the other movies altogether. I think the Raimi movies are the best cause they focused solely on how Peter grows as a character - it's why the first 2 movies are regarded the best comic book movies ever. A character theme for Peter being GROWTH. It's what Tom Hollands writers are missing - this Peter Parker doesn't GROW or mature in any way at all. The only growth I could even think of was at the end of Homecoming when he chooses to refuse Tony Stark's offer to be an Avenger. That he should focus on the everyday lives of citizens who matter, he's the "Friendly Neighbourhood" Spider - Man. Making him the next Iron Man takes away the relatability and lessons everyday people experience for the character to learn. It's legit why Spider-Man is so popular. Fuck even Andrew's interpretation had some maturing growth on the bridge when he saved the kid in the car. Tom's interpretation learns the lesson in Homecoming at the end only for it get retconned in Infinity War and he gets the suit anyways. No consequences, no maturing, no growth and all played off for more MCU movies with bigger plots that seem soulless to me. 100% AGREE that this is all just fan bait to make people wanna watch the other movies and bring their nostalgia to this new one making them think it'll be more exciting than it really is. That was all all really long for me to say "yep. agreed". lol
I think this will be like Into The Spider-Verse but just better. Yeah, those are a lot of villains, but just like Into The Spider-Verse, there is also a lot of villains and some of them don't get explored, but they're still cool! I'd love it if they did the same in Spider-Man 3, just much better. Tobey and Andrew returning will also be amazing! No questions asked. The only thing I'm concerned about are that the movie will become like TASM 2. Too many villlains that just comes out of nowhere and the story not following up to it's previous movie. I have faith in you Sony! Don't let me down!
I'm not sure Green Goblin nor Doctor Octopus from spider-man 2 would come back considering that both of them died. And I know 2014 Green Goblin is still alive, but I don't think he would be compatible for this role. But if Sony chooses to use him I sure hope they pull it off. Electro also died the film. So it's incompatible for him, unless they introduce a different electro in either Tobey's or Tom's films. If they do, It would probably be from Tobey Maguire's film since I hear a Spider-man 4 roomer. And They should also try introducing Doc Ock in The Amazing Spider-Man 3. If Sony does end up creating these two films, I want both of the films to have a post credit scene, where Doctor Strange comes out from a Portal and tells Tobey and Andrew that he needs them. I also hear roomers that Sony is making a Mysterio, Kraven the hunter, and Carnage solo films. So if Sony makes a Mysterio movie, It should take place after Spider-Man: Far From Home where we find out Mysterio faked his death and there should be a scene where Beck creates an actual suit for him self that includes all of the abilities he has. Cuz just in my opinion I kinda didn't like how they introduced Mysterio. I get that I the comics, he tries to make people think he's a hero even though in real life, he is just a fake. I was ok with that, but the way that his suit was also a fake, and I know it's a dumb way to hate on him, but in the comics his suit is actually real with gadgets he uses to make illusions. Not with Tony's stuff and all that. So I really hope Sony makes it up and get Mysterio to make his *REAL* suit. I'm not hating on Mysterio, it's just that Mysterio like one my most favorite Spider-Man villians, and I would like Mysterio to be what he always been in the comics or in other types of media. For Kraven, I feel like he should take place in Tobey Maguire's dimension. I don't know why, but Kraven feels like a Tobey Maguire's villian. And like in Ultimate Spider-Man, Morbius was part of the Sinister Six. But I feel like that's less likely to happen since in the comics he was an Anti-hero and Sony is probably going to treat him like one. So what I'm hoping for Sony to do for this Spider-Man 3 movie is to kinda create their own version of the Sinister Six, because in a lot if comics and media, there are a lot versions of he Sinister Six. There is a version where Venom is in it. Or others with shocker, or others with Mr. Negative (I think that's what his name is). So the villians I want for Spider-Man 3's Sinister Six is: 1. Doc Ock or Green Gobin (Andrew Gardfield) 2. Kraven the Hunter (Tobey Maguire) 3. Scorpion (Tom Holland) 4. Shocker (Tom Holland) 5. Vulture (Tom Holland) 6. Mysterio (Tom Holland) Tell me what you think about this. Just to remind you, all of this is just my opinion. I feel like Sony should just deal with other movies before heading towards Spider-Man 3. Which means they gotta have to create Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, The Amazing Spider-Man 3, Spider-Man 4, and Morbius before making Spider-Man 3. If Sony does end up doing this, I would rather wait a little longer, and Make the release date to be Late 2022 or 2023
Spider-Man needs to be about Spider-Man again. The MCU connections, shared universe peacocking isn't why I tuned in. I came for Spidey. His rogues, supporting cast & mythos. I don't need Iron Man or Doctor Strange. Save them for big event crossover movies.
I'm convinced they're only bringing Maguire and Garfield back to get fans of their Spider-Men to watch the film, Charlie Cox to lure the Daredevil show fans in and Alfred Molina as Doc Ock just to try and get people to forget about Iron Boy and his obsession with Stark.
Why can’t they just make a good story with Spider-Man with some emotional impact and character development? After a couple of story’s where Spider-Man is at center, I am more than welcoming to the idea of Spider-Man exploring The Avengers,Europe and the multiverse. I am frustrated that Marvel haven’t built Tom’s Spider-Man from the ground up, just rushed him out like a action figure without much depth
This is what I want to happen. Peter Parker (Tom) gets sent to prison. And eventually Dr Strange figures out away to break him out and brings him to his lair and they talk about the multiverse being messed up and other people from other dimensions are coming to there world so they decide to try to fix it and then all the villains are there/the sinister six and then Spider-Man (Tom) gets beaten the shit out of. So Dr Strange brings him back to the lair and he says he's gonna need some help and then Dr Strange brings both Spider-Men to Peter (Tom) and introduces both of them to each other and they go and fight the sinister six and save the multiverse!

I hope they use the other spider-men to help clear up spider-man's identity crisis
@@kalebdickerson268
I agree, I really did like 3.

Turned out to be one of the best movies Marvel has ever put out
Doctor Strange isn't rumored, he's confirmed.
Yes i do think Tom himself as Spider man is the best out of the 3 (Maguire is a really, really, really close second for me) and i dont think my opinion on Tom as Spider man will change but depending how SM3 plays out my opinion on this take on the character might change if it isnt that film where it shows how Peter is the Spider man now and if it doesnt deal with the identity reveal seriously (which im sure it will).
rip my brain

@@Mirrorcomics24 It was actually Sony's they demand atleast 2 characters they dont own for the spider man films (atleast they did for the first contract idk whether its the same with the current one) and Sony was heavily pushing for Iron man in HC. They wanted him so badly that they paid RDJ over 20 mil for only 7 mins of screen time so Marvel had to write a story that involved hence the mentorship thing we ended up with
@@emersonharrop5775 ph yeah I remember now but still John directed badly

I prefer the animated spiderverse
I'm afraid so, if this turns out to be Sony forcing Marvel to do so. Into the Spider-Verse animated movie series handle things way better.
I agree. ITSV is my favourite movie.
@@wayneshobbygallery the idea of actors returning seems so strange
@@arturocastroverde3349 For Doc Ock & J Jonah Jameson, it's understandable since they're the only perfect ones for the roles. For Electro, I don't know but I can roll with it if it was Marvel's decision. But bringing back all the characters from the Sony movies is a big no-no for us.
@@wayneshobbygallery tom holland could be very secondary in the movie
here after watching it LMFAO
Here is how to make the film amazing:
1. Writing
Get the writers from "into the spiderverse", they can sure as hell handle a multiverse styled movie while developing upon the characters, while also putting humour into the mix, instead of sacrificing everything for silly jokes. (Even if they are hilarious at times)
2. Scenarios
Don't sacrifice amazing ideas for silly jokes and plot conveyances that make the film's plot to simple or lazy.
3. Personalities
Like you said (again) keep Tobey and Andrew's personalities in check, alright? They are perfect as they are. (I swear I will kill you, joke this is a joke I don't induce murder......maybe)
4. Plot and villains
Make the plot as compelling as it can along with villains, who need to be as flushed out as they can be while sharing screen time with the heroes.
5. Tom Holland
I LOVE Tom don't get me wrong, but I feel like there is a bit missing from his character to make him a great Spider-man.
Into the spiderverse was shit
I disagree I think the only thing to be worried about is major plot holes that cant just be over looked
I'm so much more hyped just to see Andrew's Spidey again, even more than Tobey. He's even better than Tobey imo, just so underrated.

Who cares, all I want is Tobey back in some form
Don’t worry, I’m sure they have tons of time, I don’t think he’s in like grave danger. I think they will have enough time to give him a solo movie. I’m more worried about the use of cgi. I’m sure they will do his plot justice. They should know not to ruin him after all of the bickering to get him

There is fan service in no way home everybody knew there would be some but i feel like it doesn’t ruin the movie
I kinda hope Tom Holland Spider-Man dies to recreate the ultimate Spider-Man comic
It's too early for his Spider-Man to die. However, maybe 3-4 years later, I think that would be a great idea
Dr octopoose lol 😆
So glad I found this channel. Top quality content, agreed with everything you said!
I didn’t think of that until you mentioned it cause people did complain when he got help from Ironman, Happy, The Avengers, The Guardians of the Galaxy, and Doctor Strange but they have no problem with him getting help from the previous Spider-Men
Well...
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the trailer and if you are still worried or not anymore.
well uh, i didn't get that why is the need for Sandman, Dr. "Octopus", and blah blah?
Top Holand Spider-Man is my favourite, but after watching No Way Home trailer I feel really weird about this movie.
I hope that whatever Spider-Man: No Way Home does, it's smart, enjoyable and above all able to keep that right balance between what's fan service and the director's vision.
sorry for the long post
here's an imaginary potato
I wonder how you feel now. Looking forward to your take!
They have to wait for Doctor Strange 2 to do a Spider-Verse. It feels like the perfect to introduce it because Doctor Strange 2 is about the multiverse, but it is what it is 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
I thought I was the only one worried about nwh... apparently I'm not
What’s the link to the song in the i for sounds fires 🔥
@@zaimusic_150 I heard it in a leak.

Sony needs to start doing this, otherwise, Spider-Man won't be in a good place nor state
I know I just commented, but I just finished the video, and I want to say what I want from Spider-Man 3.
I like this idea
(Spoilers) they kinda did that but half the villans you mentioned weren't there at all.
Only way to write tobys spider man right is to bring in Sam raimi
i want tobey and andrew in the movie but i also don’t cuz i don’t want jon watts to ruin them
Don't Worry. Looks like he didn't.
That was all all really long for me to say "yep. agreed". lol
this movie will be either the worst spiderman movie or the best
So the villians I want for Spider-Man 3's Sinister Six is:
1. Doc Ock or Green Gobin (Andrew Gardfield)
2. Kraven the Hunter (Tobey Maguire)
3. Scorpion (Tom Holland)
4. Shocker (Tom Holland)
5. Vulture (Tom Holland)
6. Mysterio (Tom Holland)
Tell me what you think about this.
The MCU connections, shared universe peacocking
isn't why I tuned in.
"I'm worried about Spider-Man 3"
Tobey and Andrew: hold our SPIDER-VERSE!
Glad to know I'm not the only one who is worried about the possibility of Tobey and Andrew coming back. . .don't want the MCU to ruin their character.
