Everything I see you do (including this headlights project) is so classy and tastful! You should be blessed! And major design divisions should learn from you!
Wow, thank you! My dream growing up outside Detroit was to be a car designer. Long story but ended up pursuing ceramics and sculpture and did very well with it winning over one hundred national awards. But I keep getting drawn back to things with engines and wheels.
Great details on how to mount and show off the headlights. Darth Vader has nothing on these light sabres! Would love to know if you compared the after-market WJ designed / same features replacements?
I thought that might have looked like test hill. It's been a while since I've been there. That's a sweet wj. I work at a steel shop in Holland and make parts for mine. I only lifted mine 3" and I'm pretty sure my wife hates me for it lol. (She's a little on the short side) grateful videos man.
Right on. The short ones are the best. My transfer case was messed up (my fault on assembly) and I did not have low range. so climbing the big hills was a no go. I have not regeared yet either.
@@SpiralDesignWorks I doubt I'll get mine right the first time. I have the overland with all wheel drive. Hopefully I can put the select track in it for the optional 4h and 4l. Living in Michigan hardly use 4wd but when I do I definitely need it. Lol did watch a few more of your videos. Nice to see the creativity come to life.
I absolutely love this build it looks like a complete beast. I was just interested how thick the bumper was i dont think you have mentioned it anywhere and it looked kind of thin to me. I would love to hear from you, thanks!
I am currently booked for at least 6 months on custom work. We are thinking of making fiberglass ones at some point if there is enough demand and I can find the time.
@@SpiralDesignWorks I hope everything goes well for you and if you do let me know your very creative love watching you channel thanks.. keep up the good work!
Can you tell me what color of paint it is in RAL Pallet ? Becouse from your other video i know is chrysler ceramic grey but i can find something like this in RAL Pallet ?
Can these new headlights work will a stock fender on the wj ? I am pitting on cur out fender flares so the fender will be stock. Got my 03 WJ in June from an estate sale with 81k. It has been garaged its whole life and very clean and rust free even underneith. I am the 2nd owner and cannot wait to modify it. My time may be limited because of leukemia but want to give my teenage boys some good memories. You have some great videos, thank you for sharing them.
Check out my new store at ua-cam.com/channels/gRjBAC1Fyy8kurZsVwjNqA.htmlstore
Love the light mod it really updates the front, how did you wire the blinkers every other connection is plug and play. Thanks and awsome dub
Man the fenders and bumpers are the cleanest on the market. You could definitely get heavy interest for the wj community. I would buy for sure
Right on
That WJ looks awesome! Love how the headlights look on it. The ladies at 24:00 look great too 😁
You should make a mold of the fenders and rear panels and have them make and sell them in fiber glass
I was just going to say the same thing. Great minds.
I would totally buy no bs
Love the headlights. Man you have built my dream wj. I hope you and your family enjoy it for years and years.
those WK2 headlights look fantastic on a WJ.. super nice work, as always..I love watching this build.
Thanks 👍

Spiral Design Works do you have an email or phone number to get in contact with you.
Bumper and head lights look killer.
Fine bit of fabricobbling to get the headlights in!
That is a good name for it...Fabricobbling....love it.
Extremely talented. Love the wj. Just recently got an 02 v8 with 80000 miles on it. Now needs a few mods.
Nice that is pretty low miles. Enjoy!
Nothing like a perfect set of headlights to make the ride!
your headlights look amazing makes me want to mod my 2002 wj so many ideas
Thanks they sure do make it look different.
Looks awesome. Great job
Thank you! Cheers!

Where can I find the lamps you have installed?
There should be a link in the video description. They are 2011-13 grand cherokee aftermarket lights. Remember not a direct fit at all.
That’s a nice ride. Cool mods and a job well done.👍
Thanks 👍
I NEED the tire carrier, wish it was still available
Stay tuned, I am working with the monster truck guys next door to do a run of them for me. I just don't have the time.
Just wow 🙌🏼
I really like your jeep
Do us all a solid and have molds made in fiberglass of your fenders.
Been thinking about it.
@@SpiralDesignWorks yes please 😭🙏
Did you make the tire rack and if not do they make one for a 1998 grand Cherokee
Yes I made the tire rack about 10 episodes back, check it out!

Yet again!! Amazing work 😁👌

The entire bumper is 1/4" thick. most production bumpers you will see like ARB and others will be 1/8" or maybe 3/16". Thanks for watching.
Spiral Design Works thank you so much
Can you make me some fenders and what cost? Looks awsome

I'd definitely by a set.
looks really cool :) I wish mine was in such a great condition like yours!
You can do it! I bought this Jeep for $500
How much is the bumper? With everything diy. Love how this looks
Thanks for entertaining us with ypur headlights James ;)
you already know it is sweet! can you do mine similar to yours? I am in CT and I cannot find anyone whodoes great work.
Good work is hard to find. I can never hire anyone to do anything because I am always disappointed.
What did you use to remove the chrome on the grill? I’m trying to paint mine and make sure I get everything to stick. Thank you James!
If I remember correctly the chrome was a trim piece screwed or held in place with melted studs. It was easy to remove. Or we sanded it for paint.
My COVID life, daydreaming of WJ headlights and bumpers!😛
I've been watching you from Turkey. In my car 2001 4.7 wj. Good luck with.
Awesome! Thank you!
Where can I find custom headlights like that?
There should be a link in the description. Custom fit.
where can i get those headlights?

I bought the tintable Raptor and had the color custom mixed.
Is that Silver Lake?
Yes! what a great place.

@@SpiralDesignWorks Thank you!

Better to stick with stock shaped lights unless you want to do lots of reshaping of the fenders.
