    I use your trick with vanilla flavoring all the time now. It does save from dumping too much in. Your cookbook will be great. I’m sure it’s a lot of work. This looks good. Im going to make it later today.

      @@marinelaaa92 lemon blueberries cheesecake: 400g nonfat gy, 40 g cornstarch, 4 eggs, zest of 1 lemon, 1 c blueberries. bake exactly like Rahuls recipe. Don't add lemon juice (just zest) or any acid it does something to cornstarch to prevent it from working.

    For anyone having trouble feeling satisfied on these light-low-calorie meals or desserts, I'd suggest you pair it with FULL fat food you can pair it with, that will help with stayed satiated.

      I agree, also the unfortunate truth is you may be restricting yourself too much and may be too lean. Maybe adding some fats in, eating more food, and gaining a bit of weight could improve things

    I’m a chef,i love your videos,helped me lose 30kg now. best way to do egg is on a side of a countertop or bowl your mixing up. you’ll get a clean easy break in the egg shell and membrane inside of the the shell. all you need to do then is pull it apart with one hand, easy, one handed egg crack for you. Legend.

    looks great,i like my slices big too, when i have cake or brownie or any other dessert around 700-800 kcal, i cut it into 4 slices and i have something sweet for four days :)

      @@RahulKamat its ready now after 50 minutes (tested with toothpick). Became a little dark on one side. Its quite jiggly haha, but Im sure itll become more dense when it cools down. Im gonna try it tomorrow. 🙂
      I sweetened it with erythritol btw.

      @@RahulKamat It did... But I did a gravely mistake lol. The greek yoghurt I buy comes in 400 g packages and I somehow ended up throwing two of them in instead of one... The rest of the ingredients stayed the same ratio as in your recipe... It ended up tasting nothing like chocolate but a damn good cheesecake. 😁 Next week Ill do another go on the right recipe lol

    WAY better than protein bars on the shelf...I'm really getting annoyed of how many companies advertise their bars as a healthy product. Sure, they contain protein but the ingredients totally suck! Then you turn it over and read the ingredients and put it back on the shelf!

      Okay I tried whipping the egg whites, and it was super fluffy kinda like cloud cake. I added 1 cup frozen raspberries and my slices were 1 1/2 " tall. On the downside it fell apart more this way. 8/10 would recommend but it's really good and more portable the other way too.

    Just made this cake and it was great. I used "magerquark" and it works as good as greek yogurt. A really delicious way to get your protein in.
    PS: The baking- time was exactly 35 minutes really tasty recipe thanks!

      You can use 1 whole egg + 3 to 4 egg whites (not whipped). I tried it this way (with 2 egg whites bc I only had 240g of yogurt so I reduced the other ingredients) and it's a little bit more jiggly but magnificent. I also used pb powder instead of cocoa. Next time I'll divide the batter into 2 and make half cocoa/half PB then marble it.

      I think you could do half cocoa half pb powder! But I use more cocoa bc it’s a stronger flavor and dominates the eggy flavor a lot more than an equivalent amount of pb powder would

    Why can’t you put it in the fridge right after it comes out of the oven?

      In general I don’t put really hot food in the fridge bc it can raise the temperature of the fridge and your fridge has to work hard to cool back down again. And all the other food gets a bit warmer bc of this and has to cool down again. But this cake may be small enough where it’s probably ok to put it in the fridge right after the oven, but I play it safe and let it cool to room temp first

      @@zynthos9 Unless put into a container and then put into a fridge, it would cool unevenly because of the way the fridge functions. Haste in the kitchen always leads to odd results, it will also obviously affect moisture content.

    Those Splenda charlatans and their outrageous claims- "America's favorite"!😆 I'm actually trying to get off sugar, I bought stevia the other day but I'm kinda on the fence abt it. Maybe its an acquired taste bc right now it honestly kinda reminds me of the fake sugars (the chemical ones) (like your pal Splenda!😉) to me, and I Can't w that aftertaste!💀

      Some people think stevia tastes like a metal rod. Unfortunately it’s taste bud genetics haha. Try a stevia erythritol blend cause the erythritol really helps mask the stevia flavor!
