For anyone having trouble feeling satisfied on these light-low-calorie meals or desserts, I'd suggest you pair it with FULL fat food you can pair it with, that will help with stayed satiated.

The rest of the ingredients stayed the same ratio as in your recipe... It ended up tasting nothing like chocolate but a damn good cheesecake. 😁 Next week Ill do another go on the right recipe lol

WAY better than protein bars on the shelf...I'm really getting annoyed of how many companies advertise their bars as a healthy product. Sure, they contain protein but the ingredients totally suck! Then you turn it over and read the ingredients and put it back on the shelf!
Okay I tried whipping the egg whites, and it was super fluffy kinda like cloud cake. I added 1 cup frozen raspberries and my slices were 1 1/2 " tall. On the downside it fell apart more this way. 8/10 would recommend but it's really good and more portable the other way too.

Just made this cake and it was great. I used "magerquark" and it works as good as greek yogurt. A really delicious way to get your protein in. PS: The baking- time was exactly 35 minutes really tasty recipe thanks!

You can use 1 whole egg + 3 to 4 egg whites (not whipped). I tried it this way (with 2 egg whites bc I only had 240g of yogurt so I reduced the other ingredients) and it's a little bit more jiggly but magnificent. I also used pb powder instead of cocoa. Next time I'll divide the batter into 2 and make half cocoa/half PB then marble it.
Once the price of eggs goes down I will try this. Haha. For real though, could you go with half cocoa powder and half PB powder? Or is the PB best added on top?
I think you could do half cocoa half pb powder! But I use more cocoa bc it’s a stronger flavor and dominates the eggy flavor a lot more than an equivalent amount of pb powder would

In general I don’t put really hot food in the fridge bc it can raise the temperature of the fridge and your fridge has to work hard to cool back down again. And all the other food gets a bit warmer bc of this and has to cool down again. But this cake may be small enough where it’s probably ok to put it in the fridge right after the oven, but I play it safe and let it cool to room temp first

Honestly it’s crazy how bad some of the protein bar ingredients can get. So many are loaded with poor quality seed oils and have a lot of added sugar

I use cocoa cause it masks the eggy taste better, but I think you can also add pb powder!
