Emboss Leather Coaster @ MKE Gadgets #220
In this video, I take some leather coasters I bought online. If you buy them buy a bag of 100 they’re about a dollar each.
At the Bridgeport Mill, I machine a punch and set that will emboss the a 3-D printed image into the coaster.
Soak the coaster for 10 minutes in water, then press the coasters 10 minutes in a newly created fixture. Walla, you have a great coaster that makes a wonderful gift.
Remember when you make your fixture, you have to measure a coaster that’s been soaked for 10 minutes. The outside diameter will grow.

Nice job on the project and video! A quick UA-cam tip to bump up your subs. For every long form video like this one, create a 60 second UA-cam Short that contains clips of the long form video. Basically, the short video should summarize the long form content. Then you can link to your long form video from your short. This is a great strategy to get more subs.
