We did that obstacle in the US Army Infantry School. Long story short. I came off there with bruises all over my legs and arms 🤕. Hated it. (Btw ours was made of wood instead of metal and is a good 10 ft off the ground at the pinnacle.)

Is it not easier to just go on top of it and then "walk", if that makes sense?

+Zielbandideal Nope, you have to "weave", ie alternate going under and over bars.
