After being unable to go out after injuring myself during a practice session I really lost my ability to wall climb, so now after several months I'm back here re-learning the techniques.
    Thanks Ronnie.

My friends and I always sneak to our school and get on the roof, my friends always do this, i have to separately do a another way (i climb up a pipe) which takes longer, and the longer i take the more chance we will get caught and my friends keep getting mad especially becuz I'm the 2nd strongest in the group. Out of the 7 of us. And I just get so much backlash. And this helped a lot! Thanks

I watched this tutorial a few years ago and had to use it last week!
So i practiced a bit of parkour a few years ago, and had to stop due to injury. Funny enough not due to parkour.
Anyway picked up skateboarding shortly later, still aint great at it. Last week i went into a skate park, baled on a trick, my board go flying into the pool. So i go down to retrive it.
Its a fucking tall pool, and i cant skate out of it. And im pretty short. And i was alone on the park.
Well, i practiced a bit of wall run and managed to grab the edge, so i knew i could technicly do it. Took me quite a few attempts.
But what im saying is, learn parkour it might save your life. Or like, in my case, your dignity.
No one wanna call for someone to save them from a skate pool.

    a few tips from this
    1. Do A LOT of push-ups, you will need the strength.
    2. don't push down with your feet, push at a 45 to 50-degree angle towards the wall and climb up.
    3. don't use your arms/legs to push yourself up, use your feet instead.

My wall is 2 times the one you are climbing and its harder to get my hands all the way, when I do succeed, I can't do just a push, I've already lost all of my strength
