Cringe comps in general are very negative and filled with haters. I'm a trans girl and a skater. When I see cringe comps a lot of the vids are just trans people, furries, and other people that may be seen as different just trying to live their lives. Very rarely is a cringe comp just cringe. It's usually hating on ppl who don't deserve it.
But like for ex the one where they're spraying the board 🤦🏻♀️😭 that one belongs here. I felt physical pain.
Man this was a year ago I still agree I don’t like hanging with other skaters, and I mostly longboard now. But a lot of these videos are cringe. I still don’t like how skate cult ure likes to put people Down just because they’re into things that are “uncool” I’ve been harassed for being a “longboarder at a skatepark” and told I war a poser and I should leave. It’s not why I started skating, I’ll never stop though, skating is my life.

Don’t let a single complication from Tiktok fool you my guy, the REAL skaters are the nicest people you’ll likely ever met. Sure, they might look intimidating at first when you idk going to a skatepark for the first time but 97% of them are actually very nice and friendly. Let’s say you’re a beginner, practicing at the skatepark, the “scary” skaters chillin’ will either mind their own buisness or even cheer you up, hell when you fall they might even come up to you and help you up. So basically, what i’m trying to say is that if you actually get into skateboarding, you’d know that we are nothing like how the internet portrays us. Most of the Toxic skater who try to insult you and simply just be salty, calling you a poser or whatever, many of them are posers themselves.
