Hey Nathan, really appreciate the tutorial. I know its tough with video series; the further you go in a series the less views the videos get, but I appreciate it!
I noticed that Shape Splatter has no anti aliasing. Everything put in Pattern 1 gives me a very pixelated shape.
yes sometimes it doesnt give you the best results in terms of ant aliasing, its all about getting the right settings with this node, I have been told they wont be adding anti aliasing to this node either due to the way it works. I think though the benifits to this node outweigh the downsides, if it doesnt work for you then you can go the tile sampler route.
Hello this is really amazing but I need one small help, could you please look at the foliage lighting issue with UE. I cant seem to get it work properly.

I'm working with a completely dynamic dawn scene in UE 4.25 and I can't seem to get the foliage right. I read somewhere that Unreal Engine doesn't handle Subsurface well but I don't know if that's the issue here as I've seen a lot of people getting their foliage to look nice. The foliage was modelled inside of 3ds Max and the textures are from Megascans (atlases cut out from a plane).
Any help would be really appreciated,
Thanks in advance!
hey so without seeing your shader Im not sure i can help. I think subsurface is fine in UE4
here is a link to some grass I have done

@@NathanMackenzie3D Thanks for the reply. The grass looks fine for me in normal daylight but the issue shows up when I'm trying to work on a Dawn/Dusk scene and also here's my shader.
