This is more like motels/travel cottages from the 1920's. I suppose if you put a few more cottages on the property and went retro as a motel, you could possibly make it work. I sure don't see a "Tiny Home Community," though.

Yes, it's on a main road, but as everyone knows, most people get used to the noise, and soon they almost quit noticing it.
(I once lived in a small home right next to a train track, and after a short while, I rarely even noticed the train sounds, and it never bothered me).
I think all of these little homes are so adorable, and the property is nicely landscaped and just looks so nice & neat in its overall appearance.
My husband and I love "tiny living" and my dream is to own a small tiny home community some day.....
We sold our larger home several years ago after my husband retired, and I began doing travel nursing with my husband, in our RV, with our dogs, of course. My husband has since begun his own small business as a certified mobile RV Technician.
Our initial plan had been to buy a smaller home, or possibly a condo after our house sold. But once it sold, we realized that we were quite comfortable in our decent size RV and that we loved "living tiny". And we have done so now for 5 plus years. But we often talk about eventually buying a tiny or "very small" home in the not too distant future.
And we would love to have an adorable, nearly 500sf home, like the main house in this community.
And I think owning this property would be wonderful and a good investment. There is so much you can do with this adorable property, from Air B&Bs to providing nice rental tiny homes for people, or as you said, you could even rent them out to small businesses if you wanted....
And what a fabulous location,...aside from the lovely mountain views, you are so close to so many wonderful areas.
If we could do it right now, we would love to own this....

You mean to tell me you got used to the sound of a train horn blowing in the middle of the night right next to your home? I live a quarter mile from a train track and I have to sleep with earplugs so the horn doesn't wake me up.
Put up a high fence to buffer some of the noise. There is an incredible need for tiny homes with home prices so high. Especially for retired, single women. We bought a homes yrs ago right by the major highways of the city but I got used to the noise & it never bothered me. Actually at night it put me to sleep. My ex husband hated the noise. Not everyone is the same.

I did not see any tiny homes.. All I seen is a Park model trailer and some cabins. People just love to take advantage the words "tiny homes" to market other things...

I have to agree. If they're Tiny Homes, why does the lots have to be so small? That's way too close for me. I need a yard. These look like prison camps. No thanks. This should be homeless housing.

To be trapped in what looks to be an encampments. Where are the kids supposed to play? There's no room for dogs, kids, nothing. For that price? Holy hell, you know how big of a home you could get for that price? I'll pass on this trash.
What a joke this land is the size of a back yard. Value is 0 zero
