Yes I agree with her! This underbutt exercise is great! I’ve been training with a personal trainer the last few months & have been training my glutes as part of lower body strengthening. My glutes have gotten a lot firmer, but this underbutt is still a bit soft! 😅 thanks Mizi for this!!
you might just be what i was looking for. there's not a lot i can do, i actually have to be careful, but looks like this one has exercises i can do. i also like the posture workout. will definitely check out more and hopefully stick to them and also hopefully see some changes.

저 이 영상 지금도 계속 하고 있는데 일주일에 약 3,4번정도 한 결과 아주 조금씩 힙업되는게 눈으로 보여서 기분이 좋아요 ㅠㅠ!!! 제가 이전엔 힙업운동을 별로 해본적도 없고 스쿼트, 런지같은 경우는 자세 잡기도 힘들어서 무릎이나 발목이 아플때도 있잖아요. 근데 이 영상은 진짜 조아요..최고에요 ㅠ 그리고 뭔가 허리근력강화에도 도움이 되는 것 같아요. 제가 일 특성상 하루종일 서있거나 허리를 숙이는 동작이 많아서 퇴근때 되면 허리통증때문에 울면서 집간적도 많은데... 이 운동 시작하고부터 지금까지 허리가 하나도 안아파요. 그래서 신기하기도 하고 더 열심히 해야겠단 생각도 들어요. 글구 원래 제 엉덩이는 완전 펑퍼짐했는데요... 이제 윗엉덩이에 조금씩 근육이 생겨서(?) 처진 아랫엉덩이가 점점 위로 올라가는 것 같아요. 운동 힘든 날에 다른건 다 빼먹어도 양심상 이 운동은 꼭 해주고있어요 ㅎㅎ 미지쌤 최고!!
