So let me start this comment with as far as I know I’m not an idiot ( with tools anyway)
I bought one of these shipped to my house yesterday. Spent 2 hrs on the phone with ryobi tech and was told it’s broke swap it out. Went to HD got another one and the same thing, it won’t prime. There is no prime on this model but they say to turn it on the largest orifice and it will prime that way. I am a carpenter/contractor 25 yrs in the business. This was the first ryobi tool I’ve ever bought and probably the last. Now I have 4 hrs into this thing and still hav a broken tool.

Call Ryobi. They sent me 2(don’t know why), but they both work.
I kept the battery when I returned the broken one.
Now I have 2 sprayers and didn’t pay for any.
I'm curious about the recommended use of this product. This video demos with paint (or it looks like paint). But if you read the information on the Home Depot website it says the product is for disinfectants, cleaning solutions, etc.. but NOT for paint or stain. If someone from Ryobi is reviewing these comments, can you clarify what ALL this product can be used for?
They're not using paint.. what they're spraying is changing color to show coverage
For all I know it could be loaded with an ionized solution and that stick has media filter wrapped around it or the stick is absorbing the mist at a rate that causes 360° saturation. The stick could have rice paper around it.
Who knows? Only Ryobi
My RYOBI weed sprayer was good but stopped working after only using it a few times, the extendible saw leaks bar oil, and the power brush only worked for about 5 minutes so I’ve lost faith in their products.
Doesnt look like 15' would be doable with full pressure to target.
