Thank you for this. I needed this today more than I even knew. On the last move, when I was told to choose my word of inspiration, there was no hesitation in my word being "daughters' because they are who I'm doing this for. I'm 6 months postpartum with my second daughter and it has been more than a struggle to say the least to find myself again, esp during quarantine, and try to find peace with my body. I ended my work out with tears streaming down my face because I needed that reminder of who Im doing this for. Not only myself but the 2 little girls whom i wake up every morning for. Today I did not want to work out, but I did, and I'm proud. Thank you

I did it today as this lockdown is start to drive me crazy. I’m a key worker and I love to run and go in gym to do many classes. Looked on UA-cam for something good util I found and I I try you one it’s amazing feel so good and I end up with the world 😍🍀❤️. My whole family is in love with Kit Rich.... During the lockdown period of the pandemic we did this exercise for almost everyday... We are not exercise type family...:-). My seven year old boy included we know by heart all the moves but also Kit's inspiring talking... "May day, May day, you are working out"... "I have read those comments..."...." I am only guiding you, but..." .."you turned me on, now dont turn yourself off".... "you may think I am a dancer...anything but.." ...ha..h.a..ha... see... now we are much fitter.. thank you Kit Rich... we love you and your training... you have something in you to inspire everybody...love you.

I'm sure it's the difference in the shooting style - but, to me, it feels like you are in the room with me. This one is great too. It's upbeat and fun ... but it feels like a workout video. Does that make sense? Clearly, you made a workout video and it's gonna come across as a workout video... but I connect to you in the other shooting style. I tend to be a person who needs a little extra coaching at times (especially with encouragement) and more one on one than others. That's probably why the other style is my preference. The music, the slow-motion shots, and just you in the video. Good stuff! Either way - I was SO happy to see a new video out and it kicked my ass! lol!

Focus is a perfect word. I know it was hard. But never get discouraged by that. You will get stronger. You may never find it easy. But you keep trying, at your own pace, and little by little you will feel a difference. I'm proud of you.

I love this workout. It gets the relevant body part activated leading up to each move. I love how it has helped me really start to draw my core in and after a few attempts at this workout, my core is feeling stronger and flatter already. Very cleverly put together Kit. Love it and thank you xx

Awesome! You are a really excellent trainer. You have all the characters which a trainer requires. A positive and happy trainer who motivates us when the moves are hard while you are not seeing us and even make a joke to bring a smile to our lips. Last but not least you explain very well the correct positions with alternative moves. Thank you for considering people of different levels. I love this workout. It gets the relevant body part activated leading up to each move. I love how it has helped me really start to draw my core in and after a few attempts at this workout, my core is feeling stronger and flatter already. Very cleverly put together Kit. Love it and thank you xx

this is a great workout. Love it! it's been keeping me going during social distancing. i thought it wouldn't be hard enough at first... but I learned that you can push yourself a lot. looking forward to the day i can do 2 of these back-to-back!
