If a cop says "I smell weed", you say, "bullsht, you're lying, call your supervisor, you lost your privilege to talk to me, Ill wait till they arrive." Then when the supervisor shows up, you tell them "the officer is fishing, you haven't done anything illegal, you're not in possession of anything illegal, and you'd like to be on your way." There are no actual laws that prevent cops from muting or stopping recording. There are thousands of cop body cam video showing cops muting and disabling their cameras prior to the call ending. Bough a Maserati and and 2 years later in jail for felony drug charges. This is so sad. I truly believe these youths need a strong male role model. This video reminds me so much him.

When the cop called dispatch he never mentioned anything about speeding or smoking. He immediately turned to the girl and asked her if she had a gun in her car, like he was looking for things to add to the charge sheet. At the end of the day, the cop did not have to grab the car, open the door and then hold on to it as though he could use his bodyweight to stop the car accelerating away. This cop was so respectful, professional, and treated this man like a human being, even using his name. He even said that he was not looking to jail him over a small amount of Marijuana. No reason to be scared, unless that man view the police as bad guys.

The cop was too soft on him. The cop was almost apologising to him. He should have got one warning that's all.
Wrong, he drug the officer by the car, that is Felony Aggravated Assault and it was fully recorded on body cam.
