While I don’t intend to put down her achievements, maybe her ethnicity or nationality have to do with the high success rate given that the questions are mainly Euro-Centric.
But to be fair to her as well, there is no evidence that she may or may not have excelled otherwise if the questions are more varied across different continents or let’s say one with a more Southeast Asian emphasis.

@@damianchua4647 I am afraid I have to disagree, I believe physical proximity plays a part (cultural proximity as well).
I feel that it is likelier that Singaporeans interviewed on the streets of Singapore will do much better in a quiz with a more Asia-Pacific emphasis, being more well travelled and exposed to cultural output or projection in the region, than say someone in their home country in the Americas or in Europe, given the same set of questions.
