- Michael Brody (Dennis Quaid) & Kathryn (Bess Armstrong) are ambushed when the deadly Great White attacks them whilst they're in a Dolphin pen.
From Jaws 3 (1983): A group of marine biologists attempt to capture a young great white shark. Later, chaos follows when its ferocious mother breaks into the marine centre in order to avenge the death of its baby.

i walked out of the theater back then this movie was so stupid , then i gave jaws 4 a chance years later , and once again walked out of the theater LOL

What the heck happened to "Oscar" (the skeleton shown at the bottom near the Spanish Gallion)? Was he eaten by a shark at an earlier time before the events of Jaws 3-D?
I also love the chase scene between Mike, Kathryn, the dolphins, and the young Great White Shark that pursues them. At one point, there's a shot of the shark opening up its jaws wide just before one of the dolphins saves Kathryn and swims her to safety. This shot was also used in Jaws 2 when the shark attacked and killed Terry (the water skier).
He's just a fake skeleton put in as part of the sunked pirate ship. Like the kind you'd see on an Amusement Park ride

Uh, no, that was momma that attacked, the baby comes in a bit later and we see it's smaller than an adult human, the dolphins wouldn't have tried to warn the divers, they would have just killed the baby instead.

I just found out that sharks are actually terrified of dolphins
Sharks are scared of dolphin groups, because they can do hit and run attacks, confusing the shark while attacking the gills to cause asphyxiation, but if it's only one or two, very few sharks will pass that up, especially if the dolphins are cut off from the rest of the pod or there is no rest of the pod, like in the movie, a full adult great white shark outweighs, outmaneuvers and outspeeds any dolphin, just need to cause massive bleed damage on each and the dolphins are dead. Two dolphins trying to do hit and run attacks won't work because sharks are strategic creatures, and they know that dolphins will always take turns with hit and run attacks, so after one hits, the other has to charge in too, right into the shark's waiting maw, but with more dolphins the pattern of who attacks next can be randomized, those two dolphins in the movie know they're at a very serious disadvantage and they have no chance of winning, so escape is the best option for survival.
@@Liamzilla4777no shark can out maneuver a dolphin.. sharks can't roll, can't swim upside down and mammals have much more flexible skeletal joints then fish so they are just generally much more flexible..
Sharks rely on ambushing dolphins usually while they breach for air.. if the dolphins are aware of the shark then they don't really have a chance and we'll generally avoid the dolphins
@@Liamzilla4777no shark can out maneuver a dolphin.. mammals like dolphins have much more flexible skeletal joints the fish meaning they can turn much faster in more directions then sharks.. also sharks can't swim upside down or roll

This was a star attraction a few years back on Cruddy Movie Night.
Shark stick its head out and hit the freaking ship. I don't know if it's the wood hitting the mouth but it looks like a shark has a head coming out of town when it hits the ship

This is my second favorite jaws movie of course the cgi is horrible but I love the concept
Eehh their is no cgi effect in jaws 3 this was made in 1983 10 years before jurassic park 1993.!

This was incredible how they managed to put a THIRD movie be so bad from the first using actual animatronics to sh*itty "3D" animation, was a sad time for cinema, and yet there still doing it today, hence the "3D" version of Jurassic park just hurt my eyes LOL😂😂😂😂😂
the scene is so badly done... not to mention they are running from a baby shark, its harmless, and yet they insert footage of an adult great white, LOL... those two dolphins could have easily have defeated a baby shark
I might be able to explain why they used footage of an adult Great White. The baby was later mentioned to be roughly ten feet long. Most adult GWs are known to be around twelve or fourteen feet long. It wasn't much of a stretch to use the footage to depict the ten-foot-long baby shark in this film.
That's just my theory. Don't quote me on that.

The movie must have had a decent budget. Computers cameras extras and dolphins. It wasn't cheap. Makes the previous jaws movies look B level

What this scene clearly demonstrates is that sharks are an immediate and overwhelming danger to mankind. I read a statistic that said four out of five people are likely to be bit by sharks in their lifetime and over 10% of all adult casualties are caused by sharks. Most children WILL come face to face with a hostile shark at some point. It WILL HAPPEN. Not IF but WHEN

My most favorite was Jaws: The Revenge, number 2 going to the original, number 3 going to Jaws 2, and the worst going to Jaws 3, plus Jaws 3 has the worst graphics.
Jaws the revenge takes that title easily.
It was in 3-D. The scene with the half-eaten corpse floating in the aquarium freaked everyone out.
