Join us for an INCREDIBLE ADVENTURE on our Segway G30 Max scooters on a 60-mile stretch of Katy Trail!
We started in St. Charles, Missouri and stopped for the night in Augusta, Marthasville and Hermann . You have to see the AMAZING unique places we spent the night at each stop!
We then took the Amtrak back to St. Charles and are already thinking about tackling the remaining 180 miles someday soon!

The covered wagon would have been really fun to stay in! Abigail
Last comment! Sorry I put so many...I just get so excited when you all upload!!! Lol! It was such a AWESOME video! I loved watching you both in Hermann especially. We have been there multiple times so it was cool to see you at places we have been too! It was fun getting to see you both, you (Amy) constantly put a smile on my face and I loved getting to hear John preach for a sec. Thanks for the video! Have a great evening!
P.s----- I am still your biggest fan!🙃
Thanks for being our biggest fan!
Now I want a scooter. You guys are a bad influence on me! HaHa!! Loved it, what a great adventure. You two should be scooter tour guides.
38:00 That bed better not be made of duck feathers....Lol!
🤣
I really enjoyed the video. Thanks for taking us along!
Awesome video! Definitely a unique adventure, thanks for sharing!!
That statue is an Easter island moai. Great to see you back in action!
Amy with the gnats all over her...🤣 Hey, extra protein!! Lol!
Ha! It was so gross!
Sweet! A new video! On your adventures, I HIGHLY recommend you visit the Arabia Steamboat museum in Kansas City. The story and history are amazing. You'll love it!!!!
I'll second the Arabia Museum. It's pretty dang amazing.
Thanks for the recommendation. We'll have to check it out!
So glad to see you with an adventure video!
Thank you! We had fun!
Thank you for sharing your adventure with us. What an awesome adventure. Makes me want to do it as well.
That looks amazing. I'm gonna have to bike that. Thanks for the Vid!
The story about the two Amy Burtons is pretty interesting! It's funny because my mom found out that there's another person with her exact first and last name living only 20 minutes from where we live. She is also the exact same age! Lol! Small world!🌎 Abigail 16
Glad to see y’all as always awesome video good seeing y’all I’m in Branson enjoying harvest fest god bless
Love salt and smoke in St. Charles! I love that y’all were in my stomping grounds, I grew up in Washington, MO, just east of Hermann. I’ve taken that Amtrak many times, I have great memories😁
It was such a cool area!
What a great adventure! I’ve walked very small parts of the Katy Trail here and there. You’re video has instilled a desire to someday walk the whole thing. There are so many things to see along the route. Thank you for showing us and bringing us part way along. It’s good to see another video from you guys.
Nice trip. Good content. :)
Motorized vehicles like scooters and EUC's (Electric Unicycles) are actually not allowed on the Katy Trail which really annoys me. I drove to Columbia today and had a Karen cut me off with her bike. Blocked the entire trail and made me stop. She claimed to be with Parks and Rec. I had to leave and go find another spot to get on the trail because technically we are not allowed there and I didn't want her calling park rangers.
These rules need changed. Literally a railroad bed that travels for many miles in the middle of nowhere and people can't ride scooters. It's unbelievable.
I did Katy trail on bicycle long before the days of electric scooters.
You two scooting down the trail at night gave me the chills...Lol! The shooting range was interesting though. Abigail 16
It was pretty freaky!
So glad to see you two back again!! This looks like soooo much fun!! Makes me want to do it!!
What a great adventure. We were in Booneville and checked out doing some of the Katie Trail but we're short on time. Great seeing you guys. Say hello to the kiddos.
Amazing trip, I think I wanna do this with my family. Is there a link for scooter rental?
We own our scooters, but there places to rent bicycles.
They allow electric bikes on the trail that run as fast as a gas powered moped scooter but those gas powered are not allowed on the trail ¿?
I think you're right, no gas powered.
Not to throw shade on your adventure, but scooters are not allowed on the Katy Trail. I’m surprised that you didn’t research that before your trip. Chances are no one would care since you’re not zooming over 20 mph, which is actually supposed to be the speed limit.
I myself don’t have an issue with what you did those are the rules in case someone else watches and wants to duplicate your trip.
