Love the video! To remove the heads my wife and I swirl the shrimp in a bucket and grab a handful of antennas and wrap them around our fingers. Pull them out of the bucket and let them hang down. Then pop the tails off into a bowl. The fastest way I found to do it. 5 gallons takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

Little citrus tip, if you roll your citrus on a hard surface with some gentle pressure like a deep tissue massage before you cut or peel it the citrus will be easier to peel and make it juicer and easier to squeeze.

Hey Tug and Ladies, you are killing me with those delicious looking shrimp. I was born in Jacksonville, my Dad worked at the shipyard as a welder. Apparently there was a hurricane that put everyone out of work. Some relatives in GA. called and said there was a new company starting right outside Atlanta , they needed welders the rest is history. I feel like my saltwater life screams my name even more so now, I turned 60 last September.we adopted a daughter . She is now 10. She loves to fish and wants to shrimp too. I would put her up against anyone catfishing. We plan to vacation this summer down around your area. It would be a privilege to meet you and the family. We could bring some fresh caught catfish, maybe you could bring some shrimp. Thanks as always for the great and informative content. Your fans in GA. Sherri and Addison.

Great video as always brotha! Did you do a video gigging the flounder? If not I would love to see that. If so I guess I'll have to find it. Anyway, learning a lot from someone that is local, we're in St John's County as well but north of St Augustine in Julington Creek. Now that I've heard that there's a lot of shrimping going on in the St Johns River, and shrimp happens to be my wife's favorite food, really tempted to go out and try my luck at getting some fresh for myself sometime. Heard about using cast nets that are made into shrimping nets. Never saw the dip method that you were talking about with those big long nets. Would love to see that sometime as well. Hopefully you can do another video where you don't have to worry about copyrighted music in the background, etc or whatever the reason was other than that and the light. Just would like to see how you do it with those nets. Appreciate everything you do brotha, GOD BLESS!
