🍰 Ingredients:
Finely grated carrots 100g (1 cup)
Dates 100g (⅔ cup)
Walnuts 50g (⅓ cup)
2 Eggs
Brown sugar 100g (½ cup)
Melted Butter 110g (½ cup)
Self raising Flour 150g (1 cup)
You can use Plain Flour 150g (1 cup) + Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp (optional)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 LB)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 40-50 minutes

Recipe said 3 eggs..print over said 3 eggs but you only used 2 eggs. Which is correct please?
